I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I always thought I had relatively smaller hands, but my fingers are thicker, and the size large gloves fit me great. I work recommend these gloves.
