[ I bought these for backcountry snowboarding primarily for the peripheral guards on longer brighter hikes and have yet to test them for that use case. However I did get a chance to test them for some summer riding in OR and they were quite comfy and stable going down the mountain. For me, it has always been difficult to find sunglasses that fit my rather low nose bridge, as Asian Fit glasses usually fit me best. The glasses that work best for me are the Oakley Half Jacket with raised nose pads, and the Oakley Holbrook. When I tried these on, I instantly knew they were a winner. Somehow 100 Percent has managed to create a sunglass that fits almost all face types. They 're light and they stay in place as well, which is important for active pursuits that these sunglasses lend themselves towards. Time will tell how the optics perform, but so far, the photochromic feature changes shade within 90 seconds or so. The periphipheral view is adequate, and the frame bar in the middle of the sunglass does not get in the way of vision.

[ A lot of `` tactical '' looking sunglasses out there, but these have been great so far. I have some similar Oakley's, but since getting these, I have n't worn the Oakley's. These fit comfortably and hold firm on my face. They have a firm grip that does n't let them shake loose. None of the frame obscures my vision like some glasses do. These seem to be holding up well to sunscreen, sweat, and dirt as well; no scratches so far. I would recommend these.

Glasses have been on every snow, cycle, and water adventure for four years and have been amazing-- durable and look great. They have a great lightweight fit for active wear. Great gentle wrap protection when biking was a nice bonus. Bronze lenses are great general daily lens. I just broke the frame but sent it back for the MJ repair service to keep them going hopefully another four years.

They are pretty great. I also have a pair of Persol 714 Steve McQueen sunglasses, which is tough competition. As great as the Persols are, they are very heavy, which is what initially drove me to this MJ style. These live up to expectations for comfort, looks, and lens quality. I was expecting the frames to be lighter in colour. Too soon to say re durability, most likely their light weight trades off against that.
