If you dont catch fish on Joe's, theyre not biting!!! I took a 21 inch large mouth on a Joe's first cast after hitting the waters with the standard bass lures... In fact wife and I both started using them with great results.... These are our goto lures on new water bodies with unknown specimens. Nailed a 14. 5 inch black crappie on them the following week... Be warned, withthe two hook combo you might want to use some tools to retrieve your fly cause theyre sharp and wont let go!!

These things catch trout and panfish. They mKe bigger ones for bass also. They have stinger trebble hooks that act like a grappler hook locking your fish in place with the single hook. This is great for short striking fish esp timid panfish or cold weather trout.

I keep a Short Striker on a 5ft. microspinner all the time so I can just grab it and go when I get some unexpected fishing time. They 're not even listed as one of the lure's targets, but I caught three small bullheads right in a row on nice, slow retrieves tonight.
