It ’s lightweight enough to e breathable but at the same time the Omni- tech heating feature kept me warm during a hike. Love that it ’s waterproof as well( walked in rain& I was completely dry). The hood is also great- I can wear a winter hat underneath it& it ’s not too loose. Plus the moonbeam color is my favorite color. 10/10 would recommend.

I think Colombia is the only one that makes a fleece lined raincoat and I absolutely love it for cold rain. You CAN layer in other rain coats but when you just want a quick trip to take the dogs out in the rain in the cold weather nothing beats a warm rain coat when you don ’ t need a heavy winter coat. Keep making them!

I returned it at the store and after trying them on I got a Large in Stone. It is still comfortable with a sweatshirt underneath and the slightly fitted look creates a better silhouette. The stone is really pretty and a nice departure from typical black. It kept me warm in 37 degree weather yesterday. The fabric seems very durable and( fingers crossed) has n't stained. It does run big, but I liked the look so I stuck with my normal size. I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

I love how it packs into itself and even turns into a pillow( seriously genius for flights or road trips). I wound up going with a size small because it's rather boxy( I 'm usually a M/L). Great travel jacket that packs down into nothing. Even wore it out into the rain and I stayed remarkably dry. Granted, I was running from the car to the store, but enough that I would 've felt it had it not been water resistant. I would definitely recommend. I first bought this jacket in the lighter color. Once I received it and tried it on, I knew I ’ d be wearing it quite a bit and bought it in the brown color as well. It feels like you are wearing a down comforter. It has a soft flannel lining and just has a great weight and fit. Even though it is not waterproof or water resistant, I feel that this coat blocks the wind and insulates very well. The price is pretty high, even on sale, but I feel I will be wearing this a lot to justify my purchase.
