The sneaker is nice for rocky terrain if I have to hike a bike and I like having a comfortable sneaker to walk in for when I bike places. I do have to replace them about every 1- 1. 5 years because the sole wears out but I do get a lot of miles out of them. I have a wide toe box so once I find a shoe that is comfortable I keep buying it.

If you live somewhere with 90+ degree weather all summer, you know that most mountain bike shoes are not made for breathability aside from XC shoes which are in general better ventilated. These are a great option for hot weather riding. I think they could apply a lot of the engineering of this show to the hellcat pro and make a knockout trail shoe. The lacing is much more effective on shoes with flexible uppers than typical mountain bike shoes that have become like stiff plastic over the past 10 years. Runs long... I bought a half size down( 11 vs 11. 5) after trying my normal size.

Just wide enough to not squish my D width feet. The lacing is great too. The sole is a bit thin, so you may need to strategically remove a pin from your platform pedals to avoid drilling a hole thru the sole( I ’ ve had 3 pair of these and now know how to avoid that). They wear well, hold their shape, dry quickly and are my go- to shoe for mtb!

Got my gt hustle 3 paige buecker edition the shoes are a masterclass in fit and comfort i do n't use it for ball however I 'm a 13 so I went 13. 5 or even 14 for thicker sock styles.... I 'll always buy this shoe

The GT Hustle 3's are probably the best basketball shoes I 've ever owned, but they might not be for everyone. If you prefer low- to- the- ground cushioning or have large- volume feet( wide, etc.), these may not be ideal for you. However, if you need excellent cushioning and have low- volume feet( narrow, etc.), these could be perfect. The support of these shoes is incredible. I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. They have a cushy running shoe feel during full- court transitions but are definitely tuned for basketball. My only complaint is the tongue, which curls on the sides. Fortunately, this does n't affect comfort or gameplay, so no stars off for that.

Read the reviews and learned it's not true to size. So I bought one larger. I 'm a US7. 5 but took US8. 5. Finally received it and tried on, still felt tight at the front part, it runs narrow. Was quite upset but wore it for my boxing class nevertheless. Apparently it needs breaking in, and after just one session I realized it's a perfect fit! It expanded now great hug around the feet, with room around the ankle for movement. Love it. And for the price you pay, could n't ask for more from Asics. Thanks!
