This is the greatest training aid I 've ever used. It seems like most people use it for warmups, but I get much more out of it. It's so heavy that it's uncomfortable to swing incorrectly. When you swing it you can* feel* everything you 're doing wrong. You can feel your early release, your flips, your power bleeds, everything. Then you can tweak your swings until you find smooth, continuous motion with no awkward manipulations. I swung the thing for barely an hour and turned my weak, wristy fade, into an effortless fast draw. It will be fun to hook the ball for while instead of slicing it.
