I bought this yesterday and played 7 holes. Was- 1 through 5 and actually lipped out the very first hole. My point is I was very close to having a good swing and knew I was having trouble keeping my elbow in and through the shot. This device helped me understand the feel better. Heck on second hole out of a bunker 179 yards away I hit a 8 iron 3 ft from hole. What I liked best was when I would get absent minded and not focused on the elbow and I tried to throw it out it made me finish the shot. It was nice to feel I can mess it up but as long as I know how it supposed to feel through impact I can still save a shot that most likely in past would have sliced or over top pull. Anyways by no means am I saying this is the cure all device but if you are on the correct path to becoming a better golfer and understand your swing planes better this can help take you to next step. Well it did for me but can ’ t speak for the next guy. I also am 6 ’ 3 ” 240 guy like some of the other 5 star reviews. Maybe it ’s a great tool for the big guys, who knows.

Bought this a few weeks ago and have only used it at the driving range. I really wanted to know my swing speed as I practiced as well as other data that could show if I was being consistent with my swings. The unit works as advertised! Swing speed, ball speed, distances( carry and total) are all calculated for each swing. Each of my clubs is currently tracked using the CT- 10 sensors. The data transfers immediately to the Garmin golf app for review after the session. The only issue I 've had is the occasional freezing of the unit when switching clubs which happens once or twice during a driving range session. It pauses for a bit, then gets back to the session. I 've never lost the data though, which is good. If I could change one thing it would be the bulkiness of the product. It's big but rugged- I doubt it would break if it feel out of your bag or cart. Would buy again.

When shopping for putters in the spring, I was looking at the DF3 but felt that I could not justify the price. I ended up purchasing a different putter( we will call this `` putter A '') but never quite performed on the course as well as it did in the store. Seems that I was hitting good shots but losing out on the green play, often 3 putting 5 or more greens inside of 20 ft. After a few disappointing rounds with `` putter A '', I ended up going back to my original putter but still saw many 3 putts each round. Many rounds later, I got to thinking `` what if I would have purchased the DF3 instead ''? Since Fathers day was upcoming and the wife was asking me what I wanted, I finally gave in and paid the top dollar for the DF3 and stuck it in my bag for my round the next day. So I 'm on the putting green before my round, kinda nervous. Not sure how long it will take me to get used to the odd shape of the putter, the forward press, and the center shaft which puts the face farther ahead than normal. But the putter does feel real balanced and is weighted such so the face feels straight thru the putting stroke. So the round starts, I have a curvy 20ft uphill put on the 1st and I almost drop it. However, I 'm not 5 feet past like I have been with my old putter. So for the remaining 17 holes, I drop a few long putts and escaped without a single 3 putt green( and I had some long difficult putts that never crept more than 1 ft past the hole). This putter probably saved me 5 strokes in my first round. Just wait till I get used to it some more. Should you buy this putter? Only if you want to knock a few strokes off your game. Think about it, if you spend$ 500 on a driver, why would n't you pull the trigger on a top of the line putter that you use on every hole( unlike a driver)?

I bought my Sunday Golf Ryder bag in store. I went with the toasted almond colorway. It ’s nice to get a bag that doesn ’ t look like every bag that ’s been around for 20 years. It fits my set of 14 clubs just fine. I walk and ride with this bag and it ’s a good versatile stand bag. My favorite features are the frosty pocket for my drinks while I ’ m playing golf. The small “ smell proof ” pocket is a fun feature and holds all my small items. I like the quick access range finder pocket on the apparel pocket side too.

I was looking for a way to practice my swing indoors and protect my floors. When I unboxed it, I was concerned about how small it seemed. I decided to try it on my wooden back deck first. I absolutely love it. The size is absolutely fine. On my deck, I could hear a thump when it hit. I 've been going out multiple times a day for just a few minutes to think about my swing and swing ten times. On my first day, I 'm already feeling a difference as I work to correct my swing. As someone returning to golf and deciding to start with a good coach, I 'm glad I bought this. If I practice what I 'm learning for a few minutes multiple times a day, I 'll develop the muscle memory faster. I did n't think having the tee would matter-- I was wrong. I 'm not practicing with a ball but it has be totally focused in the right spot. The mat's weight is heavy enough that it does n't move when I swing and hit the mat. It also has a handle in the end, which makes it easier to carry. For me-- I 'm so glad I bought it and paid the extra ten bucks for the better mat.
