I hate COVID
Mid 40's age golfer that picked up the game 5 yrs ago. Tried everything to fix my over the top swing and nothing worked. Started swinging this everyday and it has dramatically improved my swing. And for the guys complaining about the top screw rubbing their palm or having big hands just take off the optional club head attachment that fits at the bottom of the grip and move your hands down from the top screw. Not only does this devise help with getting on the correct plane, it helped shallow my transition and improve my release pattern. The shape and weighting really helped me relax my arms through the bottom half of the downswing. I love this trainer and now use it many times each day.
