We bought this mouth guard in a pinch for my daughter who needed to go to practice and her old mouth guard didn ’ t fit with her new braces.( Her friend had worn a regular mouth guard and ended up in the ER with it stuck to her braces bracket.) [ I am a middle- aged adult with braces, and I have a problem, grinding my teeth at night. This mouthguard is great because it is multiple and helps protect my teeth from grinding, but also helps give me some support from my brackets, rubbing against the inside of my mouth and causing sores.
