I 've been using this for over 10 years. The gym I belong to was too cheap to replace their old one. I guess$ 20 was too much for them. I ca n't live without it so I splurged big- time and bought it for myself. I love the durability and the angle is perfect. Years ago I had wrist problems from using straight bars and this alleviated that issue. And since there is nothing on this to break or wear out, it literally lasts a lifetime.

Isolates triceps as its intent. I tried using it as a multi- purpose piece of equipment and do biceps, but it did n't work for me( angle was odd). Great quality and pretty comfortable.
