I bought this product a few weeks back and I ’ ve been incorporating it in my everyday workout routine. It ’s added a great dimension to my cardio workout. The product itself is solid construction- and looks great. I ’ m happy with the rope- so far so good.

The ropes are high quality, built to last and do not frey. My wife and I both use them as part of our workout arsenal. After 10 mins you can feel your heart beating through your throat.

works out my upper body quite well and the dipped end type handles are very comfortable, and sturdy. If those handles come off you either got to be chewing on them in your sleep or someones messing with your equipment. These types of handles do n't just slip on and off easy. Of course I know not to use these ropes also on abrasive surfaces like street asphalt or heavy rock gravel conditions. to do so is absurd to say the least. this is an awesome piece of equipment

I thought I was in pretty good shape until I tried this workout. My gym recently added this to their equipment and it is amazing. I have replaced one workout a week with the workout book included with this kit. It provides cardio, strength and endurance training all at once. When done properly, including the `` active rest '' excercies between sets, this has limitless potential. You get full range of motion and you are only limited by your effort. The rope will wear out over time and the ends will require re- taping or dipping in plastic but the benefits will outweigh any maintenance issues that arise from usage. Get it, use it and reap the rewards!
