5 Alison B.
Great study and multipurpose shoe! I use them to wear to dinner for smart casual on cruises, but I can also wear them for excursions. Even after wearing them for a week all day and in all terrains they still look brand new on the soles. I love the two strap as they adjust better for me for my foot and they feel better.

5 Laura G
this is my third pair of Chacos, and they keep getting better each time... this style is my favorite. Super comfy, and a bit more fashionable with the thin double straps. I always get black to kind of blend in with any outfit, even a nice dress, so I can be dressed up a bit and still outrageously comfortable. I love them.

5 JoAnne
These sandals look great, support my feet wonderfully and adjust well.

5 Renee F
These are so comfortable and fit great, even when walking in water and sand. They are so easy to clean and I love the color.

5 Linda D.
Super comfy, very stable, let me walk easily on any kind of terrain encountered while travelling. Also cute enough that I can wear with a dress. I can pack light and only bring one pair of sandals on a trip.

5 Nash
Great but once it was fitted, the strap is longer than previous versions

5 Brian
Comfortable, easy to adjust, and made with a quality Vibram sole

5 Derek
I ’ m very happy with these new sandals. They look great and have a very high quality feel. They ’ re the most comfortable sandals I ’ ve ever worn and they have great arch support.

5 Tom Kraus
I bought these sandals since I wanted another pair without the toe strap. The look is different and the straps are a bit wider than sandals with the toe strap. I wear both pairs but find walking at a brisk pace is preferable to the sandals with the toe strap. Overall arch support and comfort are excellent

5 Rob
Good fit. I ordered both the z2 and the z1. I prefer the toe loop on the z2 but I got a good deal on these and kept them for the pool or quick slip on situations

Frequently Asked Questions For Hiking Sandals Chaco

When choosing hiking sandals, consider features such as adjustable straps for a secure fit, cushioning for comfort during long hikes, and a durable outsole for traction on various terrains. Look for sandals with water-resistant materials if you plan to encounter wet conditions. Additionally, arch support is important for maintaining comfort over extended periods.

Hiking sandals can be suitable for a variety of terrains, but their performance may vary based on the design and materials used. For rocky or uneven surfaces, look for sandals with a rugged outsole for better grip. If you plan to hike in more challenging conditions, consider sandals that offer additional support and protection.

To find the right size for hiking sandals, it’s best to measure your foot length and compare it to the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer. Keep in mind that different brands may have slight variations in sizing. Additionally, consider trying on sandals with the type of socks you plan to wear, as this can affect the fit.

Many hiking sandals are designed to be water-friendly, making them suitable for water activities such as kayaking or river hiking. Look for sandals made from quick-drying materials and those with non-slip outsoles for better traction on wet surfaces. However, ensure they provide adequate support for your feet during these activities.

Hiking sandals offer several benefits compared to traditional hiking boots, including increased breathability and lighter weight, which can enhance comfort on warm days. They also allow for better water drainage, making them ideal for wet conditions. However, they may provide less ankle support, so consider your hiking environment when making a choice.
