I 'm 5' 10 '' and went the 15 '' guards and they fit quit well. They cover a few inches above the knee and right above the top of my cleats. I was under the assumption that this would run large based on experience with other warrior products, but this was the opposite. A medium fits me just fine in bauer helmets, but this in medium was way too small. Seemed to be of good quality though.
