Pro: I have only had the bench a couple of weeks, but in that time I have found it a very sturdy and versatile piece of equipment. The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.

Assembly took about 4 hours but the instructions are well done and easy to follow. Instructions recommend two people work together but I was able to assemble it alone with no major problem. If time is most important, I would recommend adding the installation service. The only negative is you must sit facing the machine for Lat Pulls to avoid hitting the Bench Press handles. No big deal.

I purchased the Bowflex SelectTech 2080 set this previous Thursday. I was originally looking for the fixed set of straight and curl bars, similar to the ones at the commercial gyms. When I came across the Bowflex SelectTech 2080 I knew this was the route to go for space- savings in my home gym! Prior to purchasing I had done some extensive research and was excited to make the purchase. I am 100% satisfied with the 2080 set and stand! I have used this in my workouts from Day 1 of receiving. Exercises include, skull crushers, bicep curls, shoulder press movements. I love the functionality and space- savings I am getting out of the 2080 set! As far as durability, I can see this product lasting for a long time. Granted, I am pretty easy on my equipment so no issues or concerns for reliability from the 2080 set. Another great aspect to this product is the styling! This set looks beautiful in my home gym setup! I ’ ve had multiple friends come join my workout this past weekend and say that looks nice! The knurling on both bars is great and the curvature of the curl bar is great ergonomically! Overall 10/10 for this product!

This is a great machine! It's solid and high quality, and it has enough exercise options to let me mix it up. Doing the same 5 or 6 lifts every time gets old, and it's not ideal for training. The Centr 3 allows me to hit each muscle group in multiple ways so my workouts do n't stagnate. The Smith bar is my favorite aspect of the machine. I suffered some spinal injuries several years ago, and that has really limited my ability to keep fit and mobile. In particular, squats were out of the question. My legs still have some good strength, but I have nerve damage that compromises my ability to stabilize the lift. With the Centr 3, I can rely on the mechanical stability of the Smith bar, allowing me to start reversing the muscle loss from years of `` taking it easy. '' I know I 'll never be as strong as I was before my injuries, but with Centr in my corner, I 'll be a heck of a lot closer!

The fact that it includes the attributes of a Smith Machine means I can safely squat, bench and complete other exercises where being unable to finish the exercise might compromise my safety. It also provides so many options/variations for lifts that it does n't lend itself to that workout `` killer '' of falling into the same routine.

Being someone who is always extremely busy and on- the- go, the Jungle Gym V3 gave me the ability to get quick workouts in at home without taking up the space of a home gym. I am able to target the majority of my major muscle groups through all of the different orientations that the straps can be mounted and positioned. One key feature that really sets this apart from similar products I have used is the swivel that prevents the straps from twisting and knotting up.
