This is the second time I 've bought these boots and they care the most comfortable boots that I 've ever owned. I work in a harsh environment and I 'm pretty hard on boots in general and these boots last me about the same as other boots in the same price range- about 18 months.

I will be ordering my 3rd pair and wish I could order more. I where this boot every day, no matter what I 'm doing. It's comfortable, good looking, easy to care for, and has kept my foot safe on the job. My boots last three years plus.

Absolutely love these boots. Extremely comfortable, super safe, without being bulky or goofy looking. So thankful I bought these boots, I had a terrible accident at work where a heavy equipment trailer fall on my foot, I walked away with only 1 broken bone, the dr said with what happened if it wasn ’ t for the protection in my boot I would have had bones through the skin and would be lucky if I could have walked again! Super thankful for these boots and will continue to wear them for as long as they ’ re available!

I have owned many different types of boots, put them through many types of weather and all have failed to perform to my standards. I purchased the insulated and the non insulated style of your boots and have finally found what I have been looking for! Best boots I have ever owned! Looking forward to many years of dependable service. Keep up the excellent craftsmanship! With thanks RWK

So good... so far! True test will be in the winter. They 're very comfortable indeed. This is my 1st pair of Carhartt boots, I 've heard good things about the quality being better than Keen& Merrill to which I 've bought before& have n't lasted long. Fingers crossed& expectations are high these will last longer than the others. If so I 'll be buying Carhartt boots from here on out!

I love the look of these boots plus the reflector stripes on the back of the boots were a nice touch.. My feet feel invincible when wearing these boots.. they are comfortable but not overly comfortable just good...

Solid boot. I work in natural gas and am outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. Snow in Idaho and rain over in Oregon and Washington They 've been great for driving, job site and walking around, and the waterproofing is top notch. I 've ridden the Harley a couple times with them in and the met guard is no good for that, protects your foot too much to have good connection with the shifter, but for work, these are great.

I love these boots, comfortable and durable, I purchased a second pair because I love them that much!!

Frequently Asked Questions For Internal Metatarsal Guard Boots

An internal metatarsal guard is a protective feature built into work boots that shields the metatarsal bones on the top of the foot from impact and compression. This is particularly important in environments where heavy objects may fall or where there is a risk of foot injuries. By providing this additional layer of protection, these boots help to enhance safety and reduce the risk of injury during demanding work conditions.

Internal metatarsal guard boots are typically made from durable materials such as leather, synthetic fabrics, and rubber. These materials not only provide strength and protection but also contribute to the overall comfort and flexibility of the boots. Additionally, many boots incorporate waterproofing technologies to keep feet dry in various working conditions.

Internal metatarsal guard boots are suitable for a variety of work environments, particularly those that involve heavy lifting, construction, manufacturing, and warehousing. They are designed to protect against falling objects, sharp tools, and other hazards commonly found in these settings. Their robust construction makes them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, especially in rugged conditions.

Choosing the right size for internal metatarsal guard boots involves measuring your foot length and width accurately. It's important to try on boots with the socks you plan to wear, as this can affect fit. Additionally, consider the boot's design and whether it allows for adequate toe space and comfort, especially if you will be on your feet for long periods.

Many internal metatarsal guard boots are designed with comfort in mind, featuring cushioned insoles and ergonomic designs to support prolonged wear. However, comfort can vary based on individual foot shape and the specific boot construction. It's advisable to look for boots that offer good arch support and breathable materials to enhance comfort during long hours of use.

The primary difference between internal and external metatarsal guards is their placement and design. Internal guards are built into the boot, providing a streamlined look and potentially better flexibility, while external guards are added on the outside, offering visible protection. Each type has its advantages, and the choice often depends on personal preference and specific job requirements.
