This is a great artificial. Cast it out, real it back in fairly fast and feel the strikes. I 've caught Red's, Snook, Lady Fish( I know but they 're fun to catch), and Mackerel( Spanish and King). I do however change out the Treble hook with a tougher# 4. The hooks that come on it are a little on the cheap side. Minor inconvenience for a great bait.

The jerk air is the best to which all other jerk air are judged off of. You will not be disappointed

5 Catch Release
I have lots of other jerkbaits, but was n't willing to spend the money on what many anglers consider the best jerkbait on the market, a Megabass Vision 110. I decided to bite the bullet after watching countless videos of Matt and Tim, over at Tactical Bassin, hammer the bass on the Vision 110s and I bought a Vision 110 +1 and Vision 110 Jr. +1. I opted for the `` +1 '' in each size to get down a little deeper in the clear waters I fish. Each bait casts like a bullet, has great side to side darting action when ripped and suspends perfectly on the pause. The colors are great too, but I do wish DSG offered more colors. Both baits got bit when my other jerkbaits were n't. `` Jerk, jerk pause, jerk pause. ''

I love this bait! All of the Heddon Jr. sized walking baits seems to be sweet spot in my area for largemouth. They will smash these baits! If you have good technique in using walking baits, then these are a must for your tackle box. I own several colors from black to bone, but the one I purchased from Dick's is the G- Finish Bullfrog. The Super Spook Jr in Florida Bass color is also a good one. My last time out using this bait, a 2. 5lber leaped out of the water for it as I was pulling it out for a recast! How cool is that!?!

Frequently Asked Questions For Jr Lures

Junior lures are typically smaller versions of standard lures, designed to mimic the size and movement of juvenile fish. They are often used to target specific species that prefer smaller prey, making them ideal for various fishing conditions. Their compact size can also make them more effective in shallow waters or when fish are less aggressive.

Junior lures can be effectively used with various fishing techniques, including casting, trolling, and jigging. Their smaller size allows for more subtle presentations, which can be beneficial in situations where fish are wary or less active. Additionally, they can be used in both freshwater and saltwater environments, depending on the species being targeted.

Junior lures are often made from durable materials such as plastic, metal, or a combination of both. These materials are designed to withstand the rigors of fishing while providing realistic movement and action in the water. Some lures may also feature special coatings or finishes to enhance visibility and attract fish.

While junior lures can be effective for a variety of fish species, their success often depends on the specific preferences of the target fish. Species such as bass, trout, and panfish are commonly attracted to smaller lures, especially during certain seasons or in specific habitats. It's important to consider the local fishing conditions and the natural prey available to maximize effectiveness.

When selecting a junior lure, consider factors such as the type of fish you are targeting, the water conditions, and the time of year. Additionally, pay attention to the lure's color, size, and action, as these elements can significantly influence its effectiveness. Experimenting with different types can help determine what works best in your fishing environment.
