Excellent quality and value as you get a jighead and 2 tails. If you striper fish, a soft plastic sand eel is a necessity along with 2 other lures in the northeast. There's many options but what is nice about the Madeel the soft plastic is pre- formed with dedicated hook shank guide so there's no need to measure or keep retrying to center the hook or where it protrudes. Sometimes a Tsunami or Hogy eel does not work throw a Madeel and see if you get a hookup. Its' what happens to me all the time when one profile is seen too much another offering produces a strike. The plastic is also formed to the contours of its jighead so you will always get a consistent swim action.

As with all Zman ElaZtech baits these are tough, and they catch fish. Late fall fishing, and the large mouth want a smaller presentation. I put the 3 '' in baby bass on a 1/6oz finesse bulletz, and was the only one at the pond catching fish. I caught a couple right around 1 lb, a couple of dinks, and one just shy of 2 lbs( it weighed 1lb 15oz).

I 've been using Zoom products for several years now and use the swimmin chunk as a trailer on a 1/4 ounce jig and also a 3/8 ounce jig. i usually dip the legs in a chartreuse garlic dye, and most of my jigs are a shade of green( usually a green crawfish) not sure if the bass see this as a bluegill or crawfish; only that it catches fish!! i fish an extremely clear, fairly deep lake so detail is very important.

They will melt on you if you leave them in your hot trunk or hot bag. BUT.... They do hold up well to multiple catches per bait. And hold up well to being dragged across sharp, rocky bottom structure. Just keep them out of the heat and you will be good to go!

I purchased these GAMBLER ‘ little Ez ’s ’ from Dick ’s Sporting Good ’s less than a month ago and have only one left. Not for long though- I ’ m going to Dick ’s tomorrow to get more. Anyways, I slammed them. I use them as swim jig trailers. And when I want them to go deeper I rig them upside down. But they, obviously, work great rigged standard. This is another one of my go- to lures. I find it to be very versatile, I use it as a wake bait or twitch and rise presentation; or just straight crank in. Either way this bait works for me for Slime Gators or Bass. the colors i found best are gold prism black bars orange belly, on my lake back home brook trout funnel into the lake where the Slime Gators wait for them i find that color match's the food source best.& when I 'm fishing Lake Erie or Ontario blue back either silver flash or prism works for me thanks for another great lure!!

I have been using these lures for over 5yrs now and I have caught just about every species of fish that's in Lake Erie on these lures. I would highly recommend these lures to anyone that's serious about walleye fishing. I saw that someone had mentioned the back hooks pulling out of the lures. I have never experienced this and I have caught walleyes in the 12lb. Range and also lakers that have been 20+ lbs and never had a fish pull the hooks out of the lure.

The best all around lure i have used. It has great action with the flip tail. Purchased at Dicks because of grand opening and had a coupon. Been using swimming flukes since they came out... have caught bass, snook, reds and speckled trout. Use them as a swimbait Texas rigged with a pegged bullet weight. Use them weightless worked real slow and easy, just twitch them or bring to the top and let them sink back down to the bottom or buzz them on top. You can go fishing with only this bait and always catch fish. Houdini is my favorite color... What a bait!!

I have switched to the Zoom Swimmin' Super Fluke as my `` go to '' bait for both small and largemouth bass fishing. They can be very effectively fished as a surface bait in very thick aquatic vegetation and are extremely effective when fished that way for largemouth bass. They can also be fished as a `` wake bait '' or fished more slowly as a subsurface bait. My favorite colors are Baby Bass, Pearl, and Houdini. You need to have several bags of these in your arsenal!

This is a great lure! I have caught 5 walleyes with the silver and Halloween colors. I just ordered 3 more types and will use. It is easy to use the jerk bait on top of the surface and works very well just before dusk and after. Probably just as well in the morning hours too!

Hey these are good lures! How I know? First time I used it I hooked an absolute monster bass in a heavily fished area of a heavily fished lake, a rare occurrence. Kind of a nice thumping action on retrieve, good moves as a jerkbait, excellent finish, not surprised at all it attracts the monsters. Only negative is easy to snag getting it down into below surface brush.

These work great. I 've caught fish from Jersey to Mexico with these. The biggest so far was 30lbs. These lures produce, and I always have a couple on me. These catch fish when nothing else is. I 've caught Blues, Stripers, Jack's, and even Fluke on them. They cast well and are well worth the price.

picked up a couple of these lures the other day, they are unbelievable. caught 4 stripers( 1 40 pounder) all on the sp minnows. I saw what baitfish were running and matched the lure to the baitfish. the stripers went crazy for it. they hit it so hard. i would defenitely reccomend it.
