[ I have been holding off reviewing my AutoPilot 120 for a year and a half. I wanted to put it through the grind of a full tournament season and many different weather conditions. After completing a full season, I am amazed with this kayak. The stability of the primary and secondary are unmatched to other competitor's kayaks. Spot lock on the MinnKota trolling motor is a game changer. Having the ability to sit in one spot while focusing on docks, brush piles, and deep water is vital when the wind wants to float you off your spots. I have had my Old Town 106 Powered By Minn Kota for approximately three years and have hundreds of miles on it. I absolutely love this kayak and all the features for existing and future upgrades to make it my own. I have numerous plans for new a Xplore unit as well as a MEGA LIVE 2 live sonar. Old Town has earned my business, and I will be a life long customer. I really like how they have integrated all the needed items into the kayak and still allowing you to `` customize '' it to make it your own. My dogs love it also!

I have taken so many trips in the MK 106 and could n't be more impressed with the unique qualities of this kayak. First, it is a great size and length for most anglers- at a length of 10' 6 it fits perfectly in a truck bed or even car top. Second, the custom motor from Minn Kota is a workhorse- with the right battery you can run this kayak all day with charge to spare. Third, it is so versatile- take out the motor and insert the cover plate and you have a perfect lightweight and stable kayak for rivers and streams.

Love this kayak! The rail systems are great for easy change out for my fresh water to salt water set up! Got a wizard anchor and diver down flag with led light. It's tough and can handle the ocean. Love the storage space! I am able to carry 2 scuba tanks set ups. 1 in front and my friends scuba tank in back. I use a tow rope and pull him out to sea on his kayak! Plus spearfishing gear fins weights for freediving trips! Loading this kayak up and it still pulls through ocean like a beast! Then I remove everything for some fresh water bass fishing. The 10ft+ length is perfect for my truck. Does n't stick out so far that I have to go buy a trailer. I wash it alot especially after the salt water and keep the cables clean and lubed. Apply some die electric grease to all the power connectors and fittings. Never had an electrical issue. Been a great kayak! Highly recommend it!

First time on the water and it performed flawlessly. Outfitted it with a LiTime 12v 100ah lithium battery and a Humminbird helix 5 fishfinder. The helix was connected to a noqua 10 ah battery. There is plenty of space in both the front and back of the boat. Turns on a dime and I was able to get a speed of 4. 2 mph easily. After 4 hours on the water the battery was barely touched. This kayak is well thought out and well built. The predrilled holes for electronics made installing the fishfinder a breeze.

Extremely stable but not too difficult to paddle although is really wide. A bit heavy. Only drawback is that the wheels fall out all the time so I take them off before I drop it in the water

I 'm glad I made the purchase!! I 've had it for about a month now and have had it out 6 times and love fishing from it. It's even nice to just paddle around in, plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. Which the seat is very comfortable! The trolling motor mount is a great plus, that will definitely be utilized in the future.

My boyfriend and I bought two. We absolutely LOVE them! Ca n't say enough. Peddles work great, stearing mechanism works great. The seat is so very comfortable that we can hang out and fish for 4 hours and still be so comfortable in it.

I was skeptical at first. The price point was well below other pedal kayaks. It fast and quite maneuverable for its size. I had an issue with the pedal drive but the customer service folks at Pelican were very responsive and went above and beyond my expectations in resolving the issue and they did it fast. Since then it's given me no trouble. Lakes, rivers, bays or ocean it takes it all in stride and is very stable. The seat is extremely comfortable and all the rails and pole holders turned my milk crate from a `` carry all '' to an anchor and cooler holder. Why 5 stars if I had some issues? It's a kayak. They are little boats made out of plastic and bits of metal, they all have issues. The huge upside is all the features that came standard made it so I was fishing instead of customizing it.

Great kayak for the price. I always thought a hobie was the only option for a solid pedal drive kayak, but personally I think that Pelican has designed a way more stable and simple kayak that comes ready to fish. The best feature from this kayak is its stability and hull design!

Let me start off by saying this is my first kayak so, I ca n't compare it to other pedal kayaks or any other kayak for that matter. I took it out the day I bought it to test it out and it did an outstanding job, I even caught a few sheepshead and snapper. The biggest that I notice was how comfortable the seat it. I ’ ve been on at least 10 trips in this kayak since my purchase four months ago and have been very pleased with the comfort, roominess for all of my gear and the stability. Another plus is the track mounts that are pre- installed. They make mounting rod holders, fish finders and other accessories really easy. My Hydryve broke recently and Pelican ’s customer service was absolutely great! They are very responsive and quickly set me a replacement in about a week.

I love LOVE my new Lake Kayak!! I could not be more thrilled with being able to drive to the lake at 4: 30 after work and go relax on the water. It is a new found freedom for me. I ’ m older and can not lift the original type kayak on the roof of my SUV. I have gone several times by myself on the lake and feel absolutely fantastic about the experience. It is easy to set up and tear down. I just throw it in the back of my car and I do make sure that I rinse it when I get home. Do not take it over rocks. I will say I have broke the adjustable seat already. I don ’ t know what happened with that when I undid it it was broke. So be very careful with that. But I feel safe and I have gone where I have hit a few waves. And it has not flipped my kayak like some reviews said it would do. I absolutely would suggest this to any person who wants to do this alone. I feel safe and empowered. I couldn ’ t be more thrilled❤️

[ I got the paddle& backpack free with my kayak order. It ’s a mid- weight paddle. A great starter item, until you figure out your specific needs. It gets you where you need to go without too much effort. Like the stiffness of the blades. It ’s great that it breaks down into 4 pieces. It comes apart easily. The mesh case is a nice touch. Like that it sports the Oru colors. I would recommend this product.

I took my new Oru Inlet Lake onto my pool after assembly just to test it out. Putting it together was fun and exciting for me and I think I ’ ll get better and better at it the more I practice! I can not wait to get this thing out on the lakes nearby! I ’ m thrilled!
