I ordered Oxford dress shoes I saw my order confirmed for Oxford PTC. I liked how the PTC looked so I did not complain about it. When I get new shoe I usually have to buy a thicker foam insoles. I had to do that with this pair of shoes as well. I like how well I can walk all day in these shoes. Usually I buy hard toe shoes, but I am experimenting with the bumper toe. I already slammed my toes into a cart wheel, the bumper toe protected my toes, no pain. I am a nurse, moving fast, making turns. These shoes stay on and perform very well.

The shoes are well made and I can already tell they will be very durable in a greasy, dirty environment.( Transmission mechanic). The oil resistant does have a more open tread pattern so they wo n't collect the oil and dirt and cake up with it. However, these are not what I would call comfortable. The leather on the upper is very stiff and hard on your feet, the insoles are kind of hard. They are getting better as I break them in, but still not great. I 'm not sure I would buy a second pair after this one.

I have very flat feet and struggle to find a good fit. I have just purchased the slip on Targhee for the first time and I am very happy with the design. These are the best shoes I ’ ve ever owned. Sadly I can ’ t find my size or the olive/taupe color scheme I love anywhere. I ’ ve had my pair for about 4 years and use them often to hike along wet slippery rocks looking for arrowheads as well as walk in the water with them. They dry quickly and grip well and would love to get another pair just like the ones I have. The heel on the right one is starting to go out after years of use and abuse. Well made shoes that perform better than advertised.

I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and I am pretty much constantly in pain. I read in an article that these Keen sandals help with plantar fasciitis and offer enough support to the arch to prevent further injury.
