We love this set. My son bought it a few years ago and it has held up so well my daughter saved up for herself a set just like it so she did n't have to keep borrowing his. Only drawback is after a few years of wear, the padding on my sons face mask needs replaced and its not replaceable. We will have to buy a whole new face mask.

My son is an avid Catcher. We never had the Marucci brand Catcher ’s gear before, but my son anbso absolutely loves it! He LOVES the helmet. He says the helmet is super comfortable and easy to get on and off quickly. He is 13 years old 5 ’ 8 and 190lbs and this Adult Size fits him well. He feels well protected wearing this gear and that makes me( his mother) feel at ease. He ’s playing with 16 year olds that throw a mean fast ball and if for some reason the ball would get away from him I feel confident that he ’ d be protected. The gear has clasps that are easy to clip into place for a fast transition from batting back to catching. He catches the majority if not all of the game and the gear is comfortable and he can move fast in it. He is extremely happy with Marucci Catchers Gear. One last plus is that it looks nice too! It ’s sleek and the color combo is very nice. When this wears out I will for sure be getting catching equipment from Marucci again.

Well made catchers gear. It has durable plastic shin guards with a unique criss cross strap that goes behind the knee. It ’s not individual straps. The helmet is well padded, and the front face piece is large enough to see out of. The chest protector also passes up to date standards for collegiate baseball as well as HS.

The Marucci Adult M- CG1 golf equipment are of high quality and look great. The set comes with shin guards, chest protector and helmet/mask. While they have not been used in game action yet, they appear to made with high quality materials.
