I have been wearing this wrap for 3 months daily due to a tear in my ACL. Surgeon recommended a brace to allow ligament to repair itself w/o surgery. The 867 is great because its light weight and can be adjusted as you see fit. Great product!

I have had two surgeries on one knee and have two daughters with that run and do PT strengthening for the knee. I bought two for my daughter that is running competitively and two for my knees. My other daughter came home and immediately claimed one. I bought two small and two large. I would go with the medium if I were to order again. These wraps stay on and do n't slip. Let's face it we are supposed to sit while icing the knees but if you have to get up to answer the phone or get a glass of water it is nice to have the wrap on. No messing ice bags slipping or dripping all over and the cold is distributed evenly and around the entire knee not just the front or side. I highly recommend these knee wraps. Well worth the investment. High quality materials used.

I have had this ice pack for a month or more now. I am working on rehabbing my knee from an ACL injury and this ice pack has greatly helped in the process of effectively icing my knee after therapy. The ability to apply circumferential cold compress really helps facilitate effectively icing my knee and reduces the pain and swelling. The ice packs work well and are easy to mold and stay cold for a long time. Overall very happy with this product! I would buy it again and recommend it to any one needing a ice pack for your knee.

A great knee brace for walking and travel. It does have a tendency to Wrinkle towards the kneecap from top and bottom during workout classes, squats jumping etc.. Perhaps it is a bit big, I am not sure as I went by the size guide. However it still supports my knee and that is what I need.
