I have bought 3 Shock Doctor knee braces and this is the best one because you are able to make it tight with the adjustable straps. I have not had any problems with the hinge braces coming out of the pockets and I wear mine for at least 10 hours a day. Overall it gives my knee pretty good support.

A great knee brace for walking and travel. It does have a tendency to Wrinkle towards the kneecap from top and bottom during workout classes, squats jumping etc.. Perhaps it is a bit big, I am not sure as I went by the size guide. However it still supports my knee and that is what I need.

I got one of these braces for a snowboard trip to Mammoth and it worked great! I 'm 6' 1, 240lbs and the medium size fit perfect. Super comfortable and rarely knew it was there. I have had two surgeries on one knee and have two daughters with that run and do PT strengthening for the knee. I bought two for my daughter that is running competitively and two for my knees. My other daughter came home and immediately claimed one. I bought two small and two large. I would go with the medium if I were to order again. These wraps stay on and do n't slip. Let's face it we are supposed to sit while icing the knees but if you have to get up to answer the phone or get a glass of water it is nice to have the wrap on. No messing ice bags slipping or dripping all over and the cold is distributed evenly and around the entire knee not just the front or side. I highly recommend these knee wraps. Well worth the investment. High quality materials used.

I have had this ice pack for a month or more now. I am working on rehabbing my knee from an ACL injury and this ice pack has greatly helped in the process of effectively icing my knee after therapy. The ability to apply circumferential cold compress really helps facilitate effectively icing my knee and reduces the pain and swelling. MRI shows a torn medial meniscus and the beginnings of arthritis, but surgery( which will be the third on this knee) is over a month away. I do n't want to shut down my activity. I was looking for something that would help manage the discomfort as well as support the joint so that I could confidently continue my activity. After doing research, I chose this product. It provides everything I wanted. On first use, a 3 mile walk, there was some binding on the back of the knee, but after about 300 yards, the fabric apparently `` broke in '' and the binding stopped. My knee felt secure even on uneven surfaces. It took some effort to get the brace on, and positioned, as the brace needs to be snug to do it's job. I 'm hoping that with further use and break in, and maybe a little talc, it will become less of a struggle. Love this brace!

Very good support for skiing. I 'm an aging intermidiate skiier and do n't want to mess up knees that had surgeries some years ago. The brace was hard to put on the first time. I ended up pushing from the bottom along the line of the internal metal. But much easier to get on the second time. I only use these for winter sports, so heat/sweat is not a problem.

I got this for my son, who plays football, as a proactive measure( he ’s a lineman) for his “ good ” knee( does such a thing exist with linemen? Asking for a friend). To say he ’s thrilled, and me too, is an understatement. Break- in Time was minimal, it goes on comfortably and doesn ’ t pinch, doesn ’ t hold odors from sweat, dries quickly. It took a little longer to get here, but this review is the product itself. Shock Doctor continues to reward my confidence and faith in their products every time I get something!!! Awesome stuff!

I use the brace when golfing and it gives great support. The brace is very well made and the price is reasonable. Customer support was very helpful. My only suggestion is that the size chart steers people to smaller sizes. And, the braces run small. The chart suggested I get a medium while I almost always wear large. But, the large was too small so I got an extra- large. The return process worked well but it would be better to have the correct size from the beginning. Once we got there, I 'm very pleased!

I was in the market for a regular knee compression sleeve for a soccer injury in my knee where pain was pretty bad. So I care across this Fit ICE n read up on it but couldn ’ t find any reviews because this brand new on the market. I was sold on reading what it did and how fast the recovery rate was because of the menthol infused in the sleeve which was promising.
