I ’ ve had these boots for years and not only is the insole great for an active, running 16 year old. but it also has very good grip when I have to shovel long icy driveways. I have hiked in Colorado mountains, Appalachians, and many other places and they have stood up for me. I ’ d recommend them to anyone! And my weight fluctuates a lot. So if you think you are a little to big for these, your wrong these shoes are tough.

These boots have ridden with me over 30, 000 miles of motorcycling. They 're both comfortable and durable, having only begun to show their age in the past few months. I 've NEVER owned any footwear that lasted this long. I 'm not sure they 're ready to be replaced but I 'm buying another pair before Timberland discontinues this model.
