5 stars are for a Lifeine Gym version I got in 1983. I still use it as I 'm on SSDI due spondylosis. It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

Solid construction and quality. Bought for my wife to workout at home. She still needs to use it more, but looks very quality based on first use.

Great tool for every home or gym. I 've had mine for 3+ years.

I ’ ve had the triple handles and bought an assortment of cables ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. This means( using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. Weights stay in the basement and these frequently come to the living room for quiet/safe use- just anchored to a door. I would definitely buy again and lifeline ’s triple handles with their flexibility are far better than what I ’ ve found elsewhere with single handles.

I bought it to replace the old one on my bowfit and it works great

5 Kaner
These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

5 TomV
Super product! I use the resistance cables 3 to 5 times a week as part of my workout routine and have done so for at least 14 years. These are replacements for ones that I have worn out. Those lasted 14 or so years too.

5 Granny Annie
My husband has used these resistance cables for years and the ability to be so versatile is really great. Plus they sure do n't take up much space to store them.

5 Djbiztraveler
I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. It never occurred to me until now to get an additional set of 30 lb cables. Between the 2 sets of cables, I now can do every exercise that I want to do and still have some room for growth. This is a very good piece of exercise equipment for not much money. It is especially useful if you travel.

I used this product to help rehab an injured shoulder. It worked really well and was always able to carry it with me on the go!

5 Michelle
When I travel for work, I love to take this with me because of how portable it is and lightweight. You can take it anywhere and it easily attaches to any door. Super simple to set up. It's all you need for a complete workout. It comes with cables so you do n't have to buy more if you do n't want to. It also comes with ankle cuffs for leg workouts.

5 Michelle in Lexington
Since purchasing this set a month ago, I 've used it nearly every day. I like that it was extrememly easy to set up and it does n't take up very much space- I can literally attach it to the back of my basement door and there's no other clutter to deal with. While this set only comes with one cable system, I like that I can add other cables when I 'm ready to increase the resistance level. And I do n't have to worry about it doing any damage to the door, unlike other doorway gym systems I 've looked at in the past.

The JG V3 is manufactured to the usual high standards of Lifeline. Well made, versatile and innovative. Big bang for my bucks. Lots of options that you can quickly switch between. A solid addition my home gym.

5 Jim
The best bodyweight resistance cable trainer I 've ever used. Can carry it with you on the go to go a workout in wherever you are!

This is an incredible complete door gym with adjustable cables and holsters for your feet and hands. It has a swivel so you can easily change your workout without undoing anything. It's an awesome workout! Great product.

5 Brad
Being someone who is always extremely busy and on- the- go, the Jungle Gym V3 gave me the ability to get quick workouts in at home without taking up the space of a home gym. I am able to target the majority of my major muscle groups through all of the different orientations that the straps can be mounted and positioned. One key feature that really sets this apart from similar products I have used is the swivel that prevents the straps from twisting and knotting up. I am able to rotate and move around more smoothly which really simplifies my workouts.

5 Ernie
Great Overall Versatile Workout. Easily combine body weight workouts with resistance cable workouts.
