I ’ ve had the triple handles and bought an assortment of cables ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. This means( using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. Weights stay in the basement and these frequently come to the living room for quiet/safe use- just anchored to a door. I would definitely buy again and lifeline ’s triple handles with their flexibility are far better than what I ’ ve found elsewhere with single handles.

These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

Two of 3 bands were worthless as one was cut and glued the second baby having been packaged too long would not unroll easily. Upon inspection this band had several defects which if used would imperial the safety of the user. To improve the separation a neutral membrane placed between the layers will solve the sticking. I have had these straps hanging outside in the Florida environment for about 13 years. Every day, all day. I just replaced them with new ones just because the handle rubber split. I dont know of anything that can withstand the Florida elements like that.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. The handles are thick and comfortable. The adjustments are quick and easy to make. One of my favorite strength and mobility tools.

My pro half rack was delivered about a week ago, and after about 45 minutes to an hour it was set up and ready to go. Quick set up for the most part as long as you have an extra person reading directions and helping you with stabilizing, it should be a fairly easy set up for anyone. Two 17 mm wrenches was all I needed. I 'm happy with the amount of space that it takes up in our garage, as we are in a place at this point where we need that space saved. I have used PowerPro braid in 15 and 20 pound test on various fresh and salt water setups over the years. This was my first step up to 30 pound braid on a Penn Fierce IV 4500 live liner spinning reel for heavy catfishing and lighter saltwater bait setups.
