[ I bought these a month ago and I 've worn them almost every day since then for rides between 30 and 80 miles. They are very comfortable and the stiffness of the sole has eliminated some plantar pain I was developing with my old shoes. The only objection is that the velcro straps are just barely long enough( I have wide feet). The shoes fit my feet well enough but only with thin liner socks- I 'm not sure these will work well for cold weather rides given my wide feet( and need for thicker socks).

I wear size 14 US athletic shoes and got a 49 size( about 13. 5 US) in these shoes and am very happy with the length. They stay tight and do n't stretch over the ride like my old ones did. Much easier to hike- a- bike without the steal toe cleats like my old shoes too. Maybe less than stellar: Feels kind of bulky in the forefoot sole if you 're standing on rocks, but it's tolerable. I do n't notice it when riding though. Not sure how long the BOA system will last. It seems like I 'm going to pull it apart when I disengage it, but time will tell. I would recommend these. In fact, I 'm going to get my girlfriend a pair.

[ This shoe looks cool, is super light. Good traction and comfortable to walk in. I use the spd spacer but do n't really need it, the cleat does n't hit pavement anyways. [ This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. They are my fav. I use them for mountain biking. The sneaker is nice for rocky terrain if I have to hike a bike and I like having a comfortable sneaker to walk in for when I bike places. I do have to replace them about every 1- 1. 5 years because the sole wears out but I do get a lot of miles out of them. I have a wide toe box so once I find a shoe that is comfortable I keep buying it.

Also so glad I listen to the reviews and sized up, even though I wear a 9 in every other shoe I got the recommended size for 10 and am so glad I did, fit perfect! After 2 days of walking around New York in my what I thought comfy sneakers my feet started to ache and I was unable to make a single step without pain. My first UAs btw. So after 2 more days we moved on to Orlando where I decided to buy another pair of UAs so I could switch daily and enjoy the parks with my family. Overall I must say these shoes are an excellent choice both comfortable to walk long hours as well as giving you good support to be safely navigating on various terrain from city streets to forest trails and slippery rock.
