This is in comparison to a more structured Nike sports bra that I had tried on that was too tight in the shoulders. Overall, the bra was great, very comfortable, and very cute! If you felt confident enough this bra could be worn out casually with a cute pair of joggers and a button- up shirt if it was cold outside! The straps visually are my favorite aspect of the bra, the crisscross is very cute! Regarding athletic wear, the sports bra is definitely for low- impact workouts or for casual wear. [ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

[ Loved this sports bra. It was soft and comfortable. It provided good support without digging in anywhere. It has a small amount of padding but it ’s not overt the top. I recently stopped nursing my daughter so good support is a necessity at this point. I was also happy to see Nike offering inclusive sizing.

[ I needed something a step up from department store sports bras and was eager to try this one. I mostly wear sports bras for strength training workouts in a gym. This one is now the best one I own! It ’s a good thick fabric without being heavy, so I don ’ t have to worry about it ripping or falling apart. The fabric wicks moisture well too so I don ’ t end up feeling soggy. It ’s super supportive and comfortable. I like that the cups are sewn in so I don ’ t have to worry about them. It washes well too. A great bra.
