Just ran my third marathon, and I chose a new sports bra because I wanted something to hold my phone( I hate running races with a running belt, and my shorts had a little too much bounce)! This sports bra held my phone in place to the point where I was never rudely reminded it was there. Also, it's quite easy to get your phone in and out of, which is a huge plus! In terms of chafing, which is what I was honestly most worried about for this bra for this long of a distance, I did n't notice anything painful during the race or after, so it gets an A+ for that! One thing I will note is that it can be a little restrictive. I 'm not too well- adorned in the breast department, so I did n't have much of a problem, but it is highly supportive, and that may come with some unwanted compression!

I love the longline as it hides the little extra fluff. The adjustable straps are amazing also! I recently wore it on a super long run 14 miles and there ’s no chafing, the straps didn ’ t fall down and I wasn ’ t hot! There ’s little holes to help with airflow which are amazing if you sweat a lot like me. I also wore it all day at work and it just moves with your body! The soft, breathable fabric kept me dry through intense workouts, and I loved how lightweight yet supportive it felt. The padding is discreet but provides a nice shape and added comfort. The minimal, stylish design also makes it a versatile piece I can wear for both workouts and casual outings. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the straps adjustable for an even more customized fit. However, overall, this sports bra performed beautifully across strength training, cardio, and yoga sessions. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of workout gear!

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

[ As a new workout girly, I was looking for a sports bra that was not only comfortable but moved with me during my dance fitness classes. Also, one that didn ’ t have me dripping in sweat. This sports bra exceeded my expectations! The fit was perfect and the material is so soft. It moves well with my body. Everything stays in place and the pads offer the right amount of cushion. The design of the bra hugs your body where needed but is not restrictive when moving. The dri- FIT technology helped me stay dry and moved the sweat away from my skin, which I liked the most. I am not a fan of being sweaty. The material was my favorite because it allows my upper body to breathe and move during rigorous workout sessions. I did have a few issues with the band rolling up but I attribute this to my body type. Other than that, this sports bra performed well and is just the addition I was looking for to add to my workout routine!

This may look like one of Under Armour basic bras and in a way it is. But just because it simple does does not mean that it ’s not functional. This is a no frills bra that provides support for anything you need to do. The quality of the material is awesome and they last for a very long time time way longer than department store. Brands. [ I 've been interested in trying a cute asymmetrical sports bra, and this hit the mark. The material is double- layered, soft, and has the right amount of stretch to feel supported. I appreciate the sewn- in cups the most- they wo n't get lost in the dryer! Even with only one strap, this bra held up to a 30- minute upper body strength training workout. I would n't go upside down in it, but for me this felt more like medium- support due to the fit and I would feel comfortable wearing it on the bike or a power walk.

[ I have not had any new Nike active wear in quite some time. I am very pleasantly surprised by this asymmetrical sports bra. I am a small chested girly but have a very wide chest/ shoulders. It ’s very comfortable and supportive. This style asymmetrical is so flattering. I can ’ t wait to get many more years of use out of this top! The fabric is soft and luxurious. I think my absolutely favorite feature which I didn ’ t even notice until after I washed it the first time is that the pads are sewn in so they won ’ t move! What a win as hunting down the sports bra pads for my tops is one of my least favorite past times.
