I recently stopped nursing my daughter so good support is a necessity at this point. I was also happy to see Nike offering inclusive sizing.

I just purchased my third Alate bra. The newest update seems to have a slightly thicker back band and bigger clasp, which makes it easier to close and offers a bit more support than my other ones. The straps are stretchy and super comfortable, while also being adjustable. I wear these bras everyday, they are so comfortable! It ’s great that I can go straight to a low impact workout like walking or hiking without having to use a separate sports bra. I ’ ll be coming back for more colors soon!
