[ I bought this for an up coming trip but have not used it yet. My initial observations are that it is light weight, relatively speaking. With the soft handle it takes up less space and is easier to pack. It is insulated and is a good size for its intended use. Every one needs a good mug in their kit and this one checks all of the boxes.

[ I love this little cup!! 😍 It's cute and easy to store. It being collapsible is it's best feature. I can take it anywhere, such as to work or pack it to go camping or on a trip. When I take it to work, I just collapse it and slip it into a small compartment in my purse. It's lightweight and durable too! It's even dishwasher safe! It's also super easy for my small kids to drink from and I do n't ever have to worry about it being broken. It's very hard to damage. I want more of these in all sizes and I will be purchasing some in the near future! 10/10 would recommend.

[ This is exactly what I need and was expecting for a lightweight, sturdy backpacking mug. The collapsible handles are perfect for consolidating and can be stuffed with socks, etc. to take up even less space and protect it. We use it for coffee from the jetboil every morning and it keeps it warm enough to sip and enjoy. Double walled would have kept it hot almost too long! I also love the fun colors it comes in so my boyfriend and I have designated mugs and we even have our own matching sporks from the company. I expect this to last us years.

Anyway, I 've used the Snow Peak 450 Single Wall Titanium Mug for several years now and countless cycling tours, motorcycle tours, and several backpacking trips, including the AT with my son, whom also used a Snow Peak 450 Single Wall Titanium Mug( the naked one... he's boring like that), and I will likely always use my Snow Peak 450 Single Wall Titanium Mug when doing this trips with others. It's extremely durable and light weight. I generally cram it in to a side opening on my backpack with something inside it. It will bend a little if you crush is, but a little squeeze on the elongated side and it's like new again. It cleans easily and does n't retain odors. I 've yet to have is stain or scratch. Overall a solid product. If you do n't mind spending a few extra dollars on the Snow Peak brand, it's worth the money, otherwise there are several more cost effective brands that make a similar mug.

[ Just bought this before going on my first( and week- long) bikepacking trip. It was perfect. Lightweight, does n't take much space, good for food and drinks, pretty color( green) is a plus. I think the anodized finish will look more worn with time which also is a cool thing as far as I 'm concerned.
