[ I got the women ’s Air Jordan 1 Low V3 shoes in the neutral gray/metallic color. The moment I opened the box I immediately loved the shoes! They were the right of matte and shiny, making them not too overwhelming on the eyes. There are also plenty of small design details on the shoes that help them stand out. The grey stitching is minimal, but elevating. The loafer/boat shoe style slits on the toe box are fabulous! The small white accents through out the design also help the silver metallic Swoosh stand out more. Finally, the crisscross design on the mesh parts of the shoes is subtle enough to miss, but once it is notice it puts the shoes on another level visually! If I were to change anything about the shoes design, I would change the length of the tongue of the shoe. I think it is just a half an inch too long making it look a bit funny when the shoes are tied. I solved this simply by just tucking in the laces of the shoes, but I would wear them tied if that tongue was shorter. The fabric and materials used to make the shoes feel durable and appear to be easy to clean. The sole of the shoes are rubber and seem to be very durable. The only thing I think may be questionable is the material used to make the crisscross design on the shoes. It seems fragile, especially in the toe box area. I am not sure how long it will hold up without cracking. I will also say that the metallic material does show creases much easier than the typical Air Jordan material. As for the fit and feel, the shoe is very comfortable! I went for a 9. 5 as Nike always runs a half size small for me. I have a high arch so I can not recommend the shoe as an all day wear, but if you have a flatter foot it is a great option for a long day of standing/sitting/walking. If you do have a high arch and bend your foot at your toes to walk, just be aware that creases will show up sooner rather than later. Overall this is a great shoe and I love the design! This is a great life style shoe option from the Air Jordan 1 collection!

[ The leather is buttery soft on my pair and I am very pleased with build quality. The color- way is simple but still stylish. All of the materials used are high quality and I don ’ t see any major imperfections on the shoe. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time after breaking them in for a couple of days. The ankle is supported very well with some bolstering around the collar. The tongue feels super soft and it ’s almost like it has some extra padding inside of it. There are even holes throughout the length of the tongue to help with breathability. The translucent sole is a really clean touch and is a great way to show the Jordan jumpman underneath. It is a unique design how they blended the different jordan models in a low top and they work really well together. The box has a cool diagram showing that this model takes design elements from the 1, 2, 5, and 7 models. I like how the 23 is slightly offset on the heel tab to add a little bit of flair to the shoe. I think silver caps on the shoelaces would have added another layer of awesome to the shoe but other than that this is a great choice.

[ Let me preface this by saying, my household runs mostly on Jordan Retros with the Jordan 1 being the ones in rotation year round. So genuinely liking these was a surprise for sure. They still have a flexible leather like the Jordan 1 with a wider toe box in my opinion. These are extremely comfortable with no break- in period and can be worn with jeans, shorts, skirts and dresses. They are a pretty versatile, neutral shoe. The color is great for the summer. The lighter color does pick up more dirt but the kids these days like their shoes to look a little more worn so it ’s not a problem. I look forward to seeing how they hold up.

[ Overall I am actually pleasantly surprised with these silver Nike Air Max DN8 shoes. As someone with a normal width foot I feel they have a snug yet comfortable fit to them. But I could see someone with a wide width foot having to size up at minimum a 1/2 size or it could be a squeeze. The toe box isn ’ t tall and roomy but that ’s what I come to expect with a running style shoe. The feel of these shoes as I step is great. Arch support is right where it should be on my women ’s size 7. 5 foot. I can actually feel the soles give a little when I step, probably due to the multiple air pockets under the entire length of each shoe. As for running shorter distances in these shoes, so far so good. The mostly fabric uppers are breathable and help keep my feet from overheating. So as of now they ’ ve been working well for my after work runs and I ’ m hoping this feeling holds up as time goes on. As for the design of these shoes, I think they ’ re eye- catching without being flashy. The simple color pallet of grey, silver, and white all go well together, which also makes it easy for me to style them with many different outfits. The angled lines on the side walls along with the areas of metallic silver coloring helps take your eyes from the front of the shoe all the way to the back. And the circular air pocket bubbles along the entire sole make the shoe more visually interesting. The materials of this shoe seem good for everyday wear and running on pavement. I wouldn ’ t recommend running on a dirt trail or anywhere with water because they definitely are not waterproof and I ’ m not sure how easy the breathable fabric on the uppers would be to clean. But the materials Nike chose to create this shoe make it comfy, breathable, lightweight, and versatile. I think my favorite part about these Air Max DN8 shoes are the air pockets along the whole length of the foot. Not only do I like the look of them, I love the comfort they bring with each step I take. And if I had to change one thing about this shoe, it would be for Nike to include an extra set of different colored laces in the shoebox. I think white laces as an alternate lace color would ’ ve been great, maybe with some silver aglets, to go along with the white soles on the bottom and the metallic silver on the uppers. As I said before, I am definitely satisfied with these Air Max DN8 shoes. I have a feeling this will be the first of many pairs I end up owning.

Initially they felt a little heavy but after a couple of minutes, your feet practically get immersed into the shoe.
