I 've tried other brands and Callaway stands out as the best in terms of feel, sound, and distance( also ca n't stand the looks of the Ping or TaylorMade drivers). This time, I finally leaned into my skill level and went with the most forgiving model of Callaway's driver lineup, the Elyte X, and could not be happier. While I might be 10- 20 yards shorter off the tee than I was with less forgiving models, I 'm hitting the fairway and keep it in play 2- 3 times more. I definitely feel like I get most help from the tech as possible with this driver. As result I 'm pulling driver out more on tighter holes and making up the distance overall. [ I have the AI Smoke Mini, and I could rely on a nice fade off the tee pretty consistently. I purchased the Quantum Mini, with 11. 5 degrees loft. I set up for my usual fade off the tee, but this driver goes straight, and I hit it straight into the trees on the first two tees, trying to fade it off them. This thing is a high launching bomber. I tried the Elyte triple diamond and I just wasn ’ t quite good enough to play it consistently. The Elyte TD Max launches considerably higher and wants to go straight with a baby fade at the end. I tried multiple drivers from the big four this year and this one gives me the best overall performance. I love the sound this thing makes!

Best driver that I ’ ve owned hands down! I was a Taylormade loyalist for years going all the way back to the bubble shaft LOL. Switched to the Callaway AI Smoke Triple Diamond Max last year. It was a great club, but the Elyte version is simply better. My SS is only about 97 or 98 right now. I ’ m hitting this thing consistently over 260 on a good strike with 149 mph ball speed. I switched from the MMT 55g reg flex to the Tensei AV series blue 55g stiff flex. I ’ m even getting 250+ out of off center strikes( launch monitor validated). I ’ m glad that I took advantage of the 50% trade in bonus. Consistent forgiveness, straight,& long. What more could you ask for?

The elyte*** max driver has definitely flew under the radar unlike last year's*** max but the smoke was the first edition so of course there was more attention. The elyte*** max is a monster on toe strikes, producing long playable shots while overall being super forgiving, easy to hit straight and does not sit open. Spin and launch numbers are fantastic and do exactly what is claimed. If you would put the core model, the X and triple diamond together you come out with this beast. Hopefully more people give this a try, just a beauty to look down on at address. This is a really good driver from Callaway!

I just got this less than a week ago and here are my observations. I 'm replacing a standard Elyte 10. 5 driver. I love the way this feels. I 'm getting more draw shots than with Elyte. I was around 65% fairway and equal amounts both left and right.( do n't judge- lol) With the TD Max, I 've managed around 60% fairway and 33% going left of fairway. Yes, this is from fewer shots versus over 500 with the standard Elyte, but I certainly saw some bias left. I would expect that. What was also quickly apparent was that I picked up 10 yards on average with the TD Max over the Elyte. The TD Max is forgiving enough and the best hits are being rewarded with solid distance gains. I look forward to continuing the journey with the TD Max and finding out what other gains I 'll see.

I am a senior golfer and was previously gaming the Callaway Paradym X 12. 5 driver--- no complaints. However, I like to try new tech and being a loyal Callaway player I decided to try the newer Ai Smoke Fast 10. 5 driver with a lighter shaft- same flex as previous one. First drive off the tee was an absolute beauty. I 'm now almost always in the fairway as the forgiveness is quite remarkable. I purchased the regular Quantum Max AND the TD Max basically a week apart. I returned the Quantum Max immediately after hitting the TD Max. I 'm a 10 handicap with a 110 mph swing speed. I didn ’ t think I would like it because I love my A. I. Smoke TD Max. I thought that was the best driver I ever hit…until this one! I had always set my old driver on D( draw) because it would fade when I would get lazy but not like the original TD. But wow this one feels fantastic looks sleek and clean. If you can find one try it. I ’ m still adjusting to the right shaft but in the meantime I ’ m using what I had in the A. I. smoke. Now that is my back up driver still great but this one is what I needed to stay straighter and it has quite a pop!

I purchased this on May 4th and it arrived May 8th! I immediately took it to the course. My first drive was razor straight and roughly 20 yards further than I normally hit in that hole! I played nine holes with the weights as shipped( 14 gram back and the 2 gram forward). I did not miss a fairway( I normally slice). My heel and toe shots still cut some but the blaring slice was gone! I switched the weights( 14 forward and 2 back) on the second nine and I immediately picked up another 5- 10 yards but my forgiveness went down some, but not glaringly so. I did miss two fairways and the soft drop to the right on the front nine turned into a slight fade. The roleout went up quite a bit, hence the yardage gain. I was gaming a Paradym triple diamond till today. That club is now gon na be my back up! I am 70 years old and am playing to a ten handicap. My age has and the limitations from that have really hurt my mission game. This club should help greatly here and maybe I can get back to the 5- 6 handicap I had in my youth!!! I purchased the 9 degree version with the stock RCH shaft in senior flex. I was originally planning to switch to the Project X Riptide in my Paradym, but the RCH performed do well today, I gon na leave it in for a few more rounds and see how it works. Needless to say, so far I absolutely love the ELYTE Triple Diamond TD! I only expect it to get better!

I purchased the Elyte Triple Diamond Tour Draw about three weeks ago. I have completed five rounds with it and absolutely love it. It is much more forgiving than my Paradym Triple Diamond. Miss- hits do not go as far off line and are definitely longer than the Paradym TD mis- hits. Pure strikes are 10- 15 yards longer. This is a great club. Just to be clear, the Elyte TD will NOT fix a totally boogered up swing. Those will still hurt your feelings, but mis- hits off the center of the face of the club are very much in play! My golfing buddies have all commented on how well this club is performing for me.

The TD in this series kinda blew my mind! Coming from the AI Smoke I did n't think they could improve on it... they did. With the speed 1. 3, spin 2. 1 forgiveness 19% and 8 yards on average improvements over the Smoke, I did n't believe it when I heard those numbers. After getting fit for it and seeing the numbers on the LM and the course mirroring those... I do now!!!! Have 10 rounds in the books at home with this beast paired with the Aretera shaft and I can tell you those numbers are indeed there. Not enough rounds to track/avg out all of them, but data shows that the 8 yards improvement is putting it mildly and I 've seen double that improvement on good shots across AVG/PAVG/LONGEST. I 've gotten away with swings and contact with areas of the face I should n't have been playing the next shot, but looking up and seeing magic happen. Oh I can still send the ball into the unfindable areas of the course, but this combo has helped reduce those instances. Just an absolute accurate bomber when swung properly. Even if you 've never had a TD gamer in your bag, this version might surprise you!

I went to a fitting after a good season with the Qi35 but my spin, launch and distance numbers weren ’ t getting better as other parts of my game improved. FF and after seeing some numbers by Roger Steel I asked the fitter about the Quantum trip Diamond. Between that head and new Ventus black shaft,- 1000 Rpm, faster club and ball speed, 10/15 yards further carry. The dispersion was a little wide and I need to work on the contact, I was a tad heely. I might benefit from the Max but I actually liked the slightly smaller head and the miss hits were still in the rough, so it still feels forgiving. When it arrives it ’s going straight to the course.

I love it!! I made fun of it at first but I demo it at my local PGA store and was so shocked by the performance. It has a great pop to it and I get way more distance. The best part is I found the fairway every time. I traded in my 2023 Big Bertha Callaway driver that I loved but this mini driver blew my mind. I also compared it to the 12• max fast quantum driver and I was inconsistent. If you 're thinking about getting a new driver I highly recommend trying the mini driver.

Although I ’ ve really enjoyed my Elyte mini driver, I ’ ve found a replacement. The Quantum mini is a step above last year ’s club, which was a well- designed mini driver. Love the adjustability options on the Quantum, which are easier to figure out. The club sets up very well to the ball and is easy to launch in the fairway. The dispersion has been very consistent. Also like the more muted colors, greys and blues. This one ’s staying in my bag for a long time.

This driver does n't miss fairways unless you miss the ball! I 'm absolutely dumbfounded at just how good it looks sounds and performs. I went to get fitted at GG and the metrics pointed me to the Ping G430 Max. I bought it and played it for a while. But I could hit it consistently on the course. Took it back and traded it in under the 90 day play guarantee. After playing a round with this one, I am in love! Great distance, consistency, and forgiveness. An absolute fairway finder! My group noticed right away how much better I was hitting off the tee and they all commented on what a good looking driver it is. Metrics on the Trackman are one thing, but this one just flat out performs on the course.

WOW. I traded in my GBB driver for the AI Smoke Max D Fast Driver but I found it was just too light, and I just did n't hit it as solid as I had hoped. After speaking with the Callaway rep, I swapped it for the AI Smoke Max D Driver( not ultra light- more normal weight) and I LOVE it. I have hit the longest drives I 've ever had on my local golf course. I typically have a fade so thought maybe the 'D' would offset that and make my drives straighter. It is fabulous and you can adjust it as well. I did n't really think a driver would make that much of a difference but this one definitely does. Even if I do n't hit it perfectly, it is better than my really good drives with my GBB. Even my golfing friends have commented and asked me what I changed!
