The first couple of times I wore these, I wasn ’ t sure. I had been wearing Sketchers pickleball shoes, and these were less cushy but have better arch support. I 've been struggling to find women's court shoes that have a wide enough toe box to be comfortable for my bunions and large side bone. These are very roomy and the fact they they have only mesh in some areas which adds for a softer feel for messed up feet like mine. I have n't played tennis yet in these but in general I am way happier with the fit. I used to loyally wear K- Swiss until they changed the sizing and became too narrow for my problem feet.

I have ankle issue, a substantial bunion on the left foot... and wear orthotics. These shoes are so comfortable, and were perfect right out of the box. I always like to do a break in period at home, before wearing my tennis shoes on the courts. I truly needed no break in with these shoes. After my first pair, I ordered a second... even though white is not my first love. Still, I can never be sure when a perfect shoe will no longer be available.
