This is my first time purchasing the endorphin speed. Typically run at least 50mi a week, and have been a huge fan of endorphin pro 2, 3, 4. However, I rarely get more than 350miles out of each endorphin pro before the midsole of the shoe separates from the upper knit at the arch. While I do n't feel as much pop from the speed, I can instantly tell the upper of the shoe is not going to have this problem as it is substantially more durable than the pro. The feel of speed is a little bit slower but I think it will hold up well as a trainer that takes on the bulk of my mileage so that I can save the pros for tempo runs and races

The best daily trainer I ’ ve ever ran in. It ’s so light and snappy. It makes running effortless. It shines in faster paces, but is still comfortable and stable at slower paces as well. I usually get some joint issues going longer distances, but the foam soaks up all of the shock while still feeling firm and responsive. On top of that, it seems to be very durable. I relied on the Saucony Ride for easy/treadmill runs and the Endorphin Pro for race day. I retired my last pair of Endorphin Speed 3 after 450 miles but still use them for walks. While the Speed 4 is out, I ’ ll gladly stock up on the 3s if I find them. These Saucony shoes played a key role in my marathon training and race, helping me improve my PR from 5: 07 to 3: 47. Shoes alone won ’ t get you a PR, but they do give you confidence.

[ Upon trying on the Nike Sportswear Essential Woven Trend Short, the fit and feel are appropriate and accurate sizing. The length sits nicely inches above the knee and is comfortable. Design is a mix of athletic leisure and street- wear. Seems very versatile to wear in many different occasions. The fabric seems strong, durable and comfortable. I am able to move easily and comfortably throughout the day. I like the way it sits on my waist but still has room so it ’s not restrictive of my movement. The waist is also comfortable and stretchy. Some things I ’ d consider changing would be changing the string around the waste to something more stable and possibly adding some type of dongle at the end of the string for aesthetic effect. I ’ d also would ’ ve liked zipper pockets to help contain my items better when working out.

These cleats are great. They dig in really well to the grass in the outfield and the dirt around the infield. They are extremely comfortable!
