[ The Air Pegasus 2005, has checked all my son ’s boxes when it comes to his shoes. The stitching is perfect, and the combination of breathable fabrics make the shoe sturdy and I know will stand the test of time. The color way worked out excellent as they match his favorite team( Go Raiders!). As far as comfortability, he states they are 9/10, not being his most comfortable pair but very close. They are easy to clean off and the laces are the perfect length. The only complaint he had was the toe box is different than most of his other shoes and he had to get used to the feeling of his toes springing up with each step, but now it doesn ’ t bother him at all.

[ I have been wearing the Nike Air Pegasus 2005 ’s for over a week now for both daily and active wear. My overall impression is that they are an excellent all around shoe with great versatility and I highly recommend them to any casual wearer and even avid hiker. The color way hits just right with the subtle black and a slight pop of silver to highlight the intricate details of the design. The toe box is roomier in width and height than other Nike shoes I own which allows for excellent circulation and comfort. They definitely fit true to size. The soles are both comfortable to stand in during my daily routine, but also offers support for longer walks and runs. The texture on the bottom is extremely grippy and allows for additional traction with the Winfrey days but also rocky paths for hiking. Given my experience with these shoes, they have quickly become my go- to and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfort, style, and versatility.

My second pair. They do not replace actual snow/rain boots but get a lot of use. I wear these regularly on rainy days and even New England winter weather. This fit true to size in length but do run a little narrow and will feel tighter in the toe box. I buy the same size as a regular pair of Air Max 90s. If you have wide feet, these might not be for you. The plastic part in the lacing system may cause discomfort for some.

Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

I have brittle ankles after 20yrs in the military and always playing basketball. Multiple severe injuries. Every time I play, I roll my ankle allowing me to play only once a week while I heal up for another day! Used these today, and I was able to play without a single ankle roll! Great for weak ankles. I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I 'm definitely going faster than I 'd even imagined. Great shoes. I 'd love to see more colorways. I actually worked in them the first night I got them and had several complements. I felt like I was Tigger from Winnie the Pooh bouncing around the hospital all night.

I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

I love the Zoom Fly 5! This is my 3rd pair, every time I hit my mileage and need a new pair I keep coming back to these because they are so comfortable and provide both heal and toe protection and bounce. I ’ ve run a half marathon race and also a full marathon which is intense training but these shoes hold up and provide the support needed for speed or long distance.

I did experience the “ suctioning ” phenomenon that others noted, but it ’s minor and only really noticed it on the treadmill or inside…not running outside. The Nike Revolution 7 absolutely lives up to its name- it ’s a true revolution in comfort and performance! My 11 years old son has been running in these for a few weeks now, and they ’ ve exceeded all his expectations.
