This product is incredible. I 've had mine for about a month, and I get in at least 10 minutes of swings with it almost every day. I finally got out and hit the course for the first time since getting the IS the other day and, while my score still was n't good, I was striking the ball better and with much more consistency than I have in years. I 've still got swing thoughts, but now I at least know what I 'm feeling for, and with more swings it 'll eventually just become muscle memory.

A major difference between high- handicappers and better players is the angle of the clubface at impact. High- handicappers turn 5- irons in 7's, with less accuracy, while better players turn 7's into 5's with much cleaner and crisper contact. This is the idea of `` lag ''. This product will absolutely help, you 'll make far better compression, adding significant distance and accuracy. Do NOT however, fall into the trap of just working this as if it were a `` hands- only '' maneuver. Follow the `` you tube '' instructions and work this practice into your full swing and the results will be excellent. PS it will also help your chipping, pitching and putting. Well worth the money, but put in the effort.

Golf training aids are tools designed to help golfers enhance their skills and performance. They can assist with various aspects of the game, including swing mechanics, grip, and impact. By using these aids, golfers can develop better muscle memory, improve their technique, and ultimately lower their scores on the course.
Yes, there are several types of golf training aids tailored to different aspects of the game. Some focus on improving swing mechanics, while others may help with grip, alignment, or putting. It's important to choose the right type of aid based on your specific needs and areas for improvement.
When selecting a golf training aid, consider your current skill level and specific areas you want to improve. Beginners may benefit from aids that focus on basic fundamentals, while more advanced players might seek tools that refine their technique or address specific weaknesses. Reading reviews and seeking recommendations can also help guide your decision.
Many golf training aids are versatile enough to be used both indoors and outdoors. Indoor aids are often designed for limited space and can be used in your home or at a practice facility. Outdoor aids typically allow for full swings and can be used on the driving range or course, making it easy to practice in various environments.
The frequency of use for golf training aids can vary based on individual goals and schedules. Regular practice, ideally several times a week, can lead to noticeable improvements over time. Consistency is key, so incorporating training aids into your routine can help reinforce good habits and accelerate your progress.
