Wow, these may be my favorite training shoes ever. I have worn standard Pegasus for years and always found they lacked a little cushioning. I have raced in Vaporflys but felt that they lacked stability. The Pegasus Premiums seems like the perfect blend of the two, with great springiness and cushioning but also with good stability. Not light, but not too heavy either. Size seems to be true for me, 12 as always. My only complaint is that the show is expensive for a training shoe, hopefully it holds up better than the Vaporflys at this price.

The bounce is incredible. The give is maybe a hair soft if you ’ re 210 lbs or above. I wouldn ’ t worry so much about stability. These are for running in a straight line, not for basketball. The shoes do squeak after a few wears. If you had to pick one, these are better than the Vomero premium for a couple of reasons: they ’ re more sleek, and the cushioning is more supportive and bouncy with energy return. Vomero Premium leaves you falling back on the heels. I ’ d buy another pair.

This shoe has enough room for her feet while still fitting snugly to her foot shape. This makes them extremely easy for her to walk in. The toe box is constructed wide which I feel is a must have for babies and toddlers to allow for ample room for the toes and forefoot, while breathable material surrounds and secures the heel in place. The shoe appears to have laces, but they are elastic and fixed in place, which helps keep a snug fit over the top of the foot. Weighing in at just 53g per shoe, this is one of the lightest all around, general purpose shoes we have for our active child. Fit: Fit is true to size, but may also depend on the type of socks being used. We were able to use regular socks with no issue, but if you prefer padded socks, a size up may be a better option. The insole has a lot of cushion and the recycled material of the outsole has some flexibility, so our little one was just fine with regular socks throughout the day with seemingly no discomfort or fatigue. Quality: For a shoe that has integrated recycled materials into the construction, the shoes have held up quite well over the few weeks of use we ’ ve had it. The black on black color way in particular helps with hiding scuffs and the shoes practically retained their nearly brand new look. The upper of the shoe is mostly made of a breathable mesh material with waterproofed toe guards and lace inlets for extra durability. Under the tongue is a neoprene material which is very soft and comfortable, and the velcro strap that secures the foot and ankle stayed in affixed, never once coming loose during wear. Final thoughts: The Nike Revolution 7 tdv is a great all around general purpose shoe with amazing style that is versatile enough to wear with athletic or casual wear. We appreciate Nike ’s ability and efforts to make such a quality shoe with recycled materials without compromising performance. Nike took details from adult shoes and incorporated them onto a children ’s shoe. The mini Swoosh near the toe box? So awesome to see that on a kids shoe! The design of the mid- sole and overall silhouette really set these apart from others in the market- it looks and feels like these took some serious time and effort to design. The bottom of the shoe just makes sense in its design- providing traction without being bulky. My son is active in the neighborhood, always riding scooters and chasing his friends around. He tends to take his shoes off and put them back on several times throughout the day. This shoe is easy to get off and back on, and he never felt like his foot was slipping around while playing. Best of both worlds. My son even made sure to tell me that these shoes were EASY to get off and back on, all by himself. Hallelujah! I don ’ t love the Velcro strap, but I suppose that ’s a necessary element to keep the shoe sturdy on the kids foot. I love this shoe so much, the compression of the full length air unit is amazing, it's incredibly comfortable and gives you just enough pop to keep moving even when your legs are just a bit tired and sore. It's also pretty heavy which is great for training on easy runs since it makes running in a lighter shoe feel even easier and more efficient. This shoe also helps build efficiency on easy runs too, helping you maintain proper form and giving good feedback throughout the foot strike and through each stride. I will say however the shoe is not the most stable partly due to stack height and partly due to the air unit, so anyone who has ankle issues, specifically posterior tibial tendon issues may want to be careful using this shoe, since it's potentially easier to unintentionally over pronate. That being said I 've had no issues with it as someone who typically wears a neutral shoe. This shoe is also durable and has great traction, but it would be a poor choice to run on dirt/ gravel or anywhere where sharp rocks are present since it could damage the exposed portion of the air unit. Overall I ca n't say enough good things about this shoe, when used for the right purpose I really do n't think there's any better option out there, it's very unique and extremely enjoyable to run in.

[ Both of our daughters play competitive softball. My youngest( 8) has been wearing these shoes for agility training and batting practice in the cages, where cleats are not worn. They have been spectacular! She loves that they are light as a feather and have lots of cushioning. The colors are vibrant. The fabric is light and breathable. If she could have designed a shoe on her own, it would have looked like this. Her favorite aspect of these shoes is the way they feel — springy and comfortable. These shoes are very supportive. When he put them on he said it felt like he was walking on clouds. My son liked the design of the shoe however the yellow/orange/pink combo definitely leans more pink. [ I run 40- 50 miles per week and have a large rotation of running shoes to support that. I was excited to try out the Nike Vomero 18s! These shoes are comfortable for easy miles but lightweight and responsive enough to pick up the pace as well. They have a little bit of bounce, but they are not too soft, which I appreciate- my preference for shoes is a bit on the firmer end; I do n't like a big squishy marshmallow. I found them to work well both for outdoor runs as well as on the treadmill. Plus they look great, which is always an added bonus and another reason to reach for these shoes while lacing up! I 'll definitely look forward to running in these Vomeros as I rack up the miles training for my next half marathon.
