In Nike Flex Experience 11, I had a Size 10 Regular. In Nike Flex Experience 12, I used a Size 9. 5 Wide to fit similarly. Nike took details from adult shoes and incorporated them onto a children ’s shoe. The mini Swoosh near the toe box? So awesome to see that on a kids shoe! The design of the mid- sole and overall silhouette really set these apart from others in the market- it looks and feels like these took some serious time and effort to design. The bottom of the shoe just makes sense in its design- providing traction without being bulky. My son is active in the neighborhood, always riding scooters and chasing his friends around. He tends to take his shoes off and put them back on several times throughout the day. This shoe is easy to get off and back on, and he never felt like his foot was slipping around while playing. Best of both worlds. My son even made sure to tell me that these shoes were EASY to get off and back on, all by himself. Hallelujah! I don ’ t love the Velcro strap, but I suppose that ’s a necessary element to keep the shoe sturdy on the kids foot. I know my son will continue getting a ton of use out of these, and I ’ m thankful that Nike has put out a shoe that was clearly designed with the active kid in mind.
