Okay I definitely struck gold when I chose these Nikes for my next run the way they hug your feet is simply perfect design they are so lightweight I have nothing on when wearing them. Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

If yours squeak, try some baby powder between the insole and sole. I think these have a glued down insole if remembering correctly, but i think i peeled them up in mine. Put baby power between the layers and try to get it to go between the sole from the upper and the foam of the cushioning/midsole where they are sewn together. Sometimes there are vent holes as well. If you get them really wet/dry and that gets washed out it will return some eventually but you can redo it. Ive had several different styles of squeaky shoes and this works. The squeak is between the upper sole and midsole and not the outer sole and the ground like most people think. That is why they squeak on any surface. Had these shoes for about a year and a half now and used and abused them. Feels pretty much as good or better than pegasus i had, although it is hard to ever get a direct comparison. Ive worked and walked a lot in them and usually feet feel as any other shoe Ive ever had. I coach and do a lot of outdoor work.

Loving these shoes so far! I know some people have complained about the Velcro strap that it sits weird and can be tight, but honestly I love it. Once you let go that it has to “ look a certain way ” you just wear it in the way that best fits you. I like the versatility if it ’s tighter vs more loose fitting/looking. The shoe runs sightly big, but once I but a thick sock on with them they fit fine. I love how the shoe doesn ’ t have shoestrings that you tie up, instead a velcro strap that keeps your foot tight and snugged in the shoe. You just put your foot in and go. I ’ m a sprinter, it felt so good running in them and not once did the strap loosen. Also, the sole of the shoe is very thick and gives you a little height. Although the sole of the shoe is thick the shoe is very light. Even if your not a runner I would recommend these shoes as a every day shoe because of the comfort.

I typically do n't buy shoes that have velcro straps. These shoes really changed my mind on velcro. They are so easy to put on.
