[ I have always worn tshirts, maybe a hoody in the gym but I 've always seen people wearing quarter zip long sleeve tops. Since trying this I know why. It 's getting colde and a tshirt is n't enough, but I do n't want to wear a jacket. The Nike Dri- FIT Academy top is perfect for keeping warm but not getting hot. It 's stretchy and breathable, and because it 's Dri- FIT it dries quickly. The fit is great, not baggy but it 's not skin tight either. The fabric is stretchy and moves with you, great for the gym. The design is nice and simple which I like. The only thing I would change is the colour, even though I like it, I 'd probably get black next time.

I liked it, but it runs small. I 'm 6' 0 '', 195lbs, muscular/lean build and usually wear a L when I want a regular fit and XL when I want something with a little bit more room. The item description says `` Oversized fit for a baggy, spacious feel '' but the large was too small. I do n't think this is an oversized fit, it 's more of a regular/slim fit AND runs small. I had to return- but looks good. Just be aware of the size and the fit. The sleeves a bit short as well.
