These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10- 15 miles without issue. I 've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they 're still going strong. Wishing they 'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples and whatever, but I 'm sure in time they will. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.

I do n't run a lot of 5k's. Coming off a half marathon personal best I ran a personal best 10k and was going for the same in a 5k. I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. Any excuse for a new pair of running shoes. Out of the box my first thought was amazement at how light they are! My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. None of which are particularly light. First time on my feet the upper felt like tissue paper with a zoomx lower. The upper did not feel flexible. Almost plasticky, but not a major issue. The cushioning felt squishy like I would bottom it out under hard running. First run, they felt fine. Lighter, more nimble than my usual shoes. Cushioning felt adequate for a short distance. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race. 5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I 'm not the fastest guy out there. 8: 35 miles. Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I do n't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I 'm not sure if the wear will show. Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade. I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I do n't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I 'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

The bright, vibrant colorway immediately caught their attention right out of the box, and it is the kind of shoe that kids get excited about putting on. Both my kids have worn them in different settings like school and the playground and so far, they have held up well to the kind of rough play that usually wears down kid shoes. The material feels durable and the overall build seems made to handle active kids. One feature we really appreciate as parents is the Velcro strap. It makes the shoes easy to put on themselves, which helps when we are trying to get out the door quickly, a challenge in itself most days. If I could improve anything, I would add a little more cushioning in the insole for longer days and maybe slightly reinforce the toe area since that is where my kids tend to be toughest on their shoes. Overall, the Nike S. T. Dynamite is a great everyday option that is comfortable, durable, and fun enough that my sons are constantly competing for their turn to wear them.

Best shoes that I ’ ve ever ran in. Shoes have inspired me to run, very comfortable, lots of cushion for landing especially for those stockier runners. Use to have knee problems after running and these are the only pair that have prevented swelling after running at 190 plus pounds on average. I don ’ t have a large running shoe collection but they fell better than the vomero ’s or basic Pegasus that I have worn from Nike in the past. Too bad they don ’ t make the hot pink edition any more.

Wow, these may be my favorite training shoes ever. I have worn standard Pegasus for years and always found they lacked a little cushioning. I have raced in Vaporflys but felt that they lacked stability. The Pegasus Premiums seems like the perfect blend of the two, with great springiness and cushioning but also with good stability. Not light, but not too heavy either. Size seems to be true for me, 12 as always. My only complaint is that the show is expensive for a training shoe, hopefully it holds up better than the Vaporflys at this price.

We just realized that AG cleats are for Artificial Grass. After my daughter tore her ACL with FG( Firm Ground- Grass) Cleats we are n't taking any chances and she now has 2 pairs of cleats. Prior to this we did n't know what those letters meant. She loves the feel of them, but knows she will need to break them in as well.

Got these because they appeared like they could provide better ankle support for my Adult league indoor games. They certainly delivered! I had more confidence in my movements and foot work off the ball, due to its light wheight design and superior grip. On the ball, these really do feel like an extension of your foot. The ankle support felt like it gave me greater stability for sharp cuts and step overs. The toe area somehow was giving me fantastic touch control and accuracy when juggling and striking. I didnt realize my boots were affecting my game so much till I tried these and on the first game with them I scored a hat trick and had numerous accurate passes and assists. Definitely not a placebo because especially when your older, lighter more comfortable and supportive boots will elevate your game for sure. There is a bit of a break in period, and I did feel slight discomfort where the inside stitching material for the lace loops was interfering with the top of my left foot, I worked out in these for an hour before the game to try and break them in, and by game time it was much less discomfort. Hopefully the more I play in them the more that goes away. I also have super wide feet and was nervous out the box cause the soles on these look really skinny. But they stretch and conform and I no issues. Overall they look great and are eye catching, super comfortable, great touch, supportive and lightweight, a little stiff but that seems to be getting better with use, anyways I definitely reccomend!
