These are great. Super light for a running shoe these days in a world of maximalist trainers. My size 13 pair is just over 7oz per shoe. Marketed as a 5k/10k shoe, but I routinely wear them for distances of 10- 15 miles without issue. I 've even done some decent gravel and trail distances in them. I weigh 185 so putting decent energy into my pair. Nice and roomy toe box, super comfy. Not as plush and springy as, say, Vaporfly Next%s, of course, but the light weight and comfort more than make up for that and it's a shoe I tend to reach for first even when doing double digit miles. I have a couple hundred miles on them and they 're still going strong. Wishing they 'd come out with some more subdued colorways similar to the protos instead of the loud oranges and purples and whatever, but I 'm sure in time they will. Best Nike shoe yet, and maybe best recent running shoe from any company.

I do n't run a lot of 5k's. Coming off a half marathon personal best I ran a personal best 10k and was going for the same in a 5k. I usually just run in a pair of my training shoes, but thought a lighter pair would help in a shorter distance. Any excuse for a new pair of running shoes. Out of the box my first thought was amazement at how light they are! My shoe rotation includes the zoomx invincible 1 and 2's, vomero 16's and the brooks adrenaline. None of which are particularly light. First time on my feet the upper felt like tissue paper with a zoomx lower. The upper did not feel flexible. Almost plasticky, but not a major issue. The cushioning felt squishy like I would bottom it out under hard running. First run, they felt fine. Lighter, more nimble than my usual shoes. Cushioning felt adequate for a short distance. Second run felt better. A little more broken in for me or the shoes. Just two 5k runs to check them out before the race. 5k Race day, they felt great. Missed my personal best slightly, but it was 90% humidity so not the shoes fault. Honestly the shoes just disappeared on my feet. I was 24th out of 254 people. So I 'm not the fastest guy out there. 8: 35 miles. Post mortem, the shoes have a total of 10 miles on them. I can see wear on the outsole. Some of it kind of looks like galling. The outsole material feels so soft I do n't expect it to last. Took a picture, but I 'm not sure if the wear will show. Post mortem, my feet are a little more sore than typical post race. Reasonable to expect given the reduced cushioning for the lighter weight. A fair trade. I will keep these shoes for 5k races and a couple of faster training runs leading up to them. Keeping the miles down. I do n't think I would run a 10k in these, but maybe. Spectacularly light and surprisingly comfortable. If I was going to change one thing I 'd make the cushioning very slightly firmer. I felt like maybe I was bottoming them out on race day.

The bright, vibrant colorway immediately caught their attention right out of the box, and it is the kind of shoe that kids get excited about putting on. Both my kids have worn them in different settings like school and the playground and so far, they have held up well to the kind of rough play that usually wears down kid shoes. The material feels durable and the overall build seems made to handle active kids. One feature we really appreciate as parents is the Velcro strap. It makes the shoes easy to put on themselves, which helps when we are trying to get out the door quickly, a challenge in itself most days. If I could improve anything, I would add a little more cushioning in the insole for longer days and maybe slightly reinforce the toe area since that is where my kids tend to be toughest on their shoes. Overall, the Nike S. T. Dynamite is a great everyday option that is comfortable, durable, and fun enough that my sons are constantly competing for their turn to wear them.

Wow, these may be my favorite training shoes ever. I have worn standard Pegasus for years and always found they lacked a little cushioning. I have raced in Vaporflys but felt that they lacked stability. The Pegasus Premiums seems like the perfect blend of the two, with great springiness and cushioning but also with good stability. Not light, but not too heavy either. Size seems to be true for me, 12 as always. My only complaint is that the show is expensive for a training shoe, hopefully it holds up better than the Vaporflys at this price.

I love this shoe so much, the compression of the full length air unit is amazing, it's incredibly comfortable and gives you just enough pop to keep moving even when your legs are just a bit tired and sore. It's also pretty heavy which is great for training on easy runs since it makes running in a lighter shoe feel even easier and more efficient. This shoe also helps build efficiency on easy runs too, helping you maintain proper form and giving good feedback throughout the foot strike and through each stride. I will say however the shoe is not the most stable partly due to stack height and partly due to the air unit, so anyone who has ankle issues, specifically posterior tibial tendon issues may want to be careful using this shoe, since it's potentially easier to unintentionally over pronate. That being said I 've had no issues with it as someone who typically wears a neutral shoe. This shoe is also durable and has great traction, but it would be a poor choice to run on dirt/ gravel or anywhere where sharp rocks are present since it could damage the exposed portion of the air unit. Overall I ca n't say enough good things about this shoe, when used for the right purpose I really do n't think there's any better option out there, it's very unique and extremely enjoyable to run in.

Got these because they appeared like they could provide better ankle support for my Adult league indoor games. They certainly delivered! I had more confidence in my movements and foot work off the ball, due to its light wheight design and superior grip. On the ball, these really do feel like an extension of your foot. The ankle support felt like it gave me greater stability for sharp cuts and step overs. The toe area somehow was giving me fantastic touch control and accuracy when juggling and striking. But they stretch and conform and I no issues. Overall they look great and are eye catching, super comfortable, great touch, supportive and lightweight, a little stiff but that seems to be getting better with use, anyways I definitely reccomend!

I ’ ve worn similar models with the ankle fabric and it ’s hard to put on but these have what I think is a new design where the seam is reinforced and slightly to the side where you can grab it with more confidence. It feels natural to grab it from there instead of the center making it easier to grab it while you put your foot it. In terms of comfort, when I wear cleats other cleats it takes time to break them in, these feel just right after the first 2 wears. The arc of my foot feels comfortable and not too tight, I don ’ t feel restricted and it feels comfortable to move in without any stress on the middle of my foot. I have a wider foot so this is a huge pain point but with this model I feel that ’s not the case. The black/black colorway is always a classic, and it ’s awesome to receive these while watching the professionals wear the same. One downside, these appear to come with a slightly thicker lace style than I ’ ve come to expect in soccer boots. Feels like I sacrifice a bit of in game ball control because of that, but it ’s an easy fix as I swapped out the laces with another pair.

I ’ ve worn similar models with the ankle fabric and it ’s hard to put on but these have what I think is a new design where the seam is reinforced and slightly to the side where you can grab it with more confidence. It feels natural to grab it from there instead of the center making it easier to grab it while you put your foot it. In terms of comfort, when I wear cleats other cleats it takes time to break them in, these feel just right after the first 2 wears. The arc of my foot feels comfortable and not too tight, I don ’ t feel restricted and it feels comfortable to move in without any stress on the middle of my foot. I have a wider foot so this is a huge pain point but with this model I feel that ’s not the case. It also doesn ’ t feel loose almost like it ’s molded for my foot making me confident that it won ’ t slip off while playing. The inside of the cleat is also lined with cushioning that adds comfort but still feels light enough for a cleat almost like a second layer of comfort built for agility. In terms of design, the colorway is sleek. The different hues make the swoosh stand out. The shape and over all look feels fast, the design is what I imagine when I think of agility. There are so many details not just in color but in shape, texture and innovative placement of the different components of the cleats. The perfect blend of innovation, functionality and form. I mentioned this before but I absolutely love the placement of the seam on the ankle lining, I feel like a a details that shoes the definition of human centered design, it shows how much attention goes into designing a solution because someone must ’ ve have observed how we put on cleats and where we grab the lining to put on the cleat, when it was in the center my fingers would slip and it was harder to get the right amount of stretch to get my foot in but with this model it feels just right and I feel confident it won ’ t slip or rip when stretching it to put in my foot. I can ’ t emphasize enough how helpful it is to have what feels like a very intentional placement of the seam in a shape that matches where I grab the cleat to stretch the ankle fabric to put in my foot along with the grip material on the inside that not only reinforces the seam but also has the right texture to prevent it from slipping as I put on the shoe, absolutely amazed by this detail. I look forward to continuing to use these cleats in the field. I ’ m very pleased with the product and don ’ t think there ’s anything I would change about it at the moment.
