Nike needs to change the branding of the Metcon shoe. I know it came out originally as a CrossFit competitor to other crossfit trainers. Nike should name the shoe concurrent with the year Nike Metcon 2025, Nike Metcon 2026

I love the OGs! I 'm glad they brought them back. They fit and look great. The black/ varsity red colorway is sick!

Amazing shoe as I live the look and feel of these than the newer versions. I just wish you went back to all black# Metcon5! Or maybe all black with hints of that green or blue..

I have owned multiple pairs of metcons, been buying them since they first came out, every version from 1- 6, multiple pairs of 1 ’s and 2 ’s, I still train in metcon 2 ’s because I have worn out all of my other pairs. Nike progressively has taken away the features i liked to make them more and more into a crossfit shoe.( Not everyone wants to be the most average athelete on the planet) My favorites are the metcon 2 ’s and 4 ’s. The fit, the toe box and stability when lifting is great, I dont like the new 5+ versions because I dont like squatting and deadlifting with a raised heal or a cushion because i dont like the lack of stability that comes with it. I will probably keep buying these but i wish they were the 2 or 4 ’s. Make metcons gym shoes again there are plenty of cross trainer shoes on the market no need for more.
