The MetCon 10 has plenty of stability and padding in the heel and for the foot while lifting weights and is very comfortable I did have to go up to 11 1/2 in this shoe so if you have a wide foot and a high end step I would say go a half size up. Overall good for weightlifting.

I had been wanting to order a pair of workout shoes for a while, and when I saw the new pink color scheme, I was like `` YES ''. Such a fire colorway, it totally fits my colorful vibe. Workouts with them have been great, especially those leg days when I need that support underfoot. There is almost no heel- to- toe drop, which is super helpful and supportive for my legs hitting squats. Great shoe.

The 10 is much better than the nine, it runs small had to get a half size bigger and still a little snug. The lace tuck is massive improvement over the Velcro that never stayed closed. I bought the dark green. Every other color is hideous. I don ’ t understand why Nike can not hire someone that makes cool colorways for the metcon as they do for running and basketball.

[ So the first thing I thought when I saw these beautiful shoes was wow these look futuristic. My spouse even said wow those look like they ’ re 2070 Nikes haha. I was able to wear them to work for a 6+ hour shift and my feet felt comfortable the whole time! They feel like I ’ m walking on memory foam. I got the shoes in colors black, white, and pink which can definitely be paired with many outfits! I also got to run in them for a brief time and again I felt comfortable with no issues! The only downside was that once I removed the shoes at the end of the day I noticed that they had been a bit tight on my foot. Like I needed a little bit wider shoe or size up a half size possibly. I made sure to wear think socks. But besides that I truly enjoyed the wear and the look of my shoes.

[ I love the Nike In Season TR13. They are super supportive and stylish. The area where the brand name is shown is a strap of fabric that connects to the colored section on the side of the shoe. That strap gives the shoe a much more snug feel. I like it because the shoe feels more supportive for my arches and ankles. But that strap also makes the shoe less forgiving. The strap is on top of the tongue, so you ca n't move the tongue as much when you 're putting the shoe one. I think the shoe fits just right, but if you like shoes to fit a little looser, you might consider going up half a size.

So far, they are very comfortable and they aren ’ t even broken in yet. Plan to use these as day off shoes( I wear work boots during the workday) and walking the dogs, gym and just all around shoe. Love the shoe and design, the only thing I didn ’ t like was the black/white/bolt combo, well more so the white, looks tacky to me like an old man shoe almost. So I used a paint pen for sneakers( not sure if it will, but probably voids the warranty, I ’ m not sure but I plan to keep these for a bit) Looks way better, I think they should have been made like the pictures I posted. Either way, it ’s a great, comfortable shoe, will buy again.

Flat bottom offers great stability for squats, deadlifts ect.. As usual Nike's fit and durability have me not needing to look anywhere else. Great gym/workout shoe. Super stable for lifting or cardio. I typically prefer zoom in the forefoot but these are awesome. I had been using my pegasus 39's and they were n't holding up well to my lifting routine, obviously since they are a running shoe. So these give me great stability, super comfort, and they feel like they can withstand the rigors of squats/leg press etc. I also felt great on the treadmill, actually better than I did in my pegasus because of the flatness of the sole. I typically lift hard then do cardio. My cardio felt even more stable in these because of the support, cushioning, and once again the stability they provide. I wear a 9. 5 in my pegasus and most other Nike products, these seem slightly( and I mean barely) bigger than normal. I would maybe try a 9 next time, maybe. But I still think they are awesome for my needs.

I ’ ve been using the Metcon 6 for a while, and the Metcon 7 is definitely a noticeable upgrade. The fit feels more snug and secure, and overall it ’s more comfortable without losing stability for lifting. It still performs great during weight training, but now has a bit more flexibility and cushioning, which makes it better for mixed workouts and moving around the gym. The design is also cleaner and more modern the 6 was solid, but the 7 feels more refined all around and is definitely worth it.

I fell in love with the Free Metcon line when the 5 released. I didn ’ t think anything would beat the 6s, but I really LOVE the increased heel cushioning on these. They ARE narrower and snug in the toe box so I returned the first pair and re- ordered a half size up and they are PERFECT now. Super happy with the purchase and would highly recommend these.

I really like the way the shoe looks. Very stable shoe for working out but not really cushioned for long running workouts. Not the biggest fan of how wide it looks from the top angle but that ’s prob for more toe box room during your workout. Overall nice shoe.

This shoe is excellent, I wish there were more colors in my size. Please note this fits differently( in my opinion) than Nike Flex Experience 11, which is very surprising. In Nike Flex Experience 11, I had a Size 10 Regular. In Nike Flex Experience 12, I used a Size 9. 5 Wide to fit similarly. I personally put the trainers through a 3 hour leg day on first wear and they were incredibly comfortable and performed very well on a multitude of lifts ranging from Olympic to isolation. I ’ ve been a fan of the Mat Fraser Metcon ’s for generations now, however the new LeBron TR 1 will be replacing those as my favorite gym trainers. Can not wait for more color- ways!

Nike has a special shoe here. I wonder why it took so long. Think of a Metcon with some cushion, not too much, just enough to make a mile run doable. They are true to your Metcon size. Extremely comfortable, wide toes box and they look super cool. I been looking for months for a comfortable shoe for functional fitness, this is the shoe.
