We were at our store to pick up the leg extension attachment for our bench, and picked these up while we were there. OMG, what a difference! Ours didn ’ t come with the rubber grip, but because they are longer, they are so much easier to get on and off the bar.:)

Have n't used large plates on these bars yet, but this was much needed, now that my wife is working out with me. She has her bars and I have my Olympic bars. Set was cheap too ca n't beat the price. If u can find a coupon online. Spend$ 50 get$ 10 off makes these bars a really good deal. In store these bars are sold separately and would be closer to$ 100 dollars.

I bought this 3 piece set just for the 2 DBs. My gym's DBs max- out at only 125 pounds each, so I bring these little guys in my Training Bag and put up to 8 45- pound Olympic Plates on each to do Extremely Heavy Bent 1- Armed DB Rows at 360 pounds. I 've been doing this for years and I 'm just now replacing them with new ones 'cuz they eventually bend from the severe abuse that I put them through.( I do INSANE things with them!) Anyway, they 're a great value at$ 50 and I could n't live without them now! Highly Recommended!
