This is the prefect chair for the sideline. Seating for two people but the carry bag isn ’ t much bigger than a regular quad chair. I love not having to juggle an extra chair. If your going solo to game with kid the extra seat is a prefect place for their gear then they have a seat when they need it. It ’s also a great kid chair since they can lay down on it and they have room for the toys. The pockets on the back are a fantastic idea. Good place for sunglasses, sunscreen, or snacks. Oversized cup holders give a lot of room for the big water bottles out there or coffee thermos ’s with handles. You ’ ll find yourself grabbing this chair more often because it ’s just so much easier than hauling around two chairs and the features are great.

For years, we have been using stadium chairs that were heavy with thick steel frames. And the only way to carry them was via the integrated handle on the frame, leaving no option to carry anything else. After seeing some friends using these GCI chairs, we decided to invest in them and I could n't be happier. They include a carry strap, freeing up my hands to carry other items. The GCI Outdoor Roadtrip Rocker is an excellent chair that sits on the fence between an `` A '' or a `` B ''. Just a couple extra credit assignments and it firmly passes with straight A's. This chair is very comfortable and does a surprisingly good job as a rocking chair. The back is tall enough to lean back and feel supported. It is wide enough be bundled up in blankets and still have room. There are two things I 'd like have changed slightly. If you are sitting up to a table, or even just forward on the chair it is a bit too relaxed. Lastly, be prepared for a fairly large item when folded. Getting all this comfort into a bag poses a big challenge. Well done GCI!

This chair feels sturdy, it has weight to it and is comfortable. Im a bigger boy at 250lbs and I feel like im not going to blow through it. Other rocker camp chairs have a whine or squeal to them. I have not had that experience with this chair. My wife and I keep them in the garage of our camper. Their folding design works great for some smaller spaces. This is for sure a chair you are not hauling far from the truck or camper. Highly recommend if you are the on the fence.

I have long been partial to director style chairs, but this chair has them beat, being more comfortable and folding up more compactly. I am 6' 5 '' and 350 lbs, and the seat height, angle width& depth are all perfect. Rigid arm rests are sturdy plastic and shaped to allow finding several positions that are `` just right. '' Folks under 6 feet, unless very long legged should probably look elsewhere. Steel tube construction. looks and feels very substantial. I bought this chair for my backyard and it is working out perfectly! The multiple recline positions are great for reading, sleeping, and watching kids in the pool. [ I bought this chair to have a collapsible chair that is at normal table height. This chair meets that and may actually be slightly too small for people with shorter legs. Despite the additional height it is quite stable, although as with all Helinox- type collapsible chairs you will need a base to support it on soft ground. The back of the the chair is not height enough to rest your head back but the back provides adequate support in an upright posture. It is fairly comfortable and the vented back panel should prevent overheating but the sides of the seat are a bit narrow so if you are on the wider/heavier side you may find that it cups tightly. It is somewhat heavier than the smaller chairs and too heavy for backpacking but I keep it in the truck and it is sufficiently compact compared to other options. Overall, it ’s the best and only choice for this style of chair at a full table height.

Wife loves the Adirondack, and this one does not disappoint. We bought two! Assembly is a little challenging unless you have a good( and proper sized) Allen wrench bit. The final two steps are the hardest. The pre- drilled holes for the screws are not aligned. Alignment requires an extra set of hands to pull the armrests very hard to get the holes in place. Need to alternate between the final and next to final steps.

Love these! Great for a day at the park, beach or even camping. I 've used them on kayak paddles overnight and they are compact and lightweight enough. I have n't used them on overnight hikes as they are still a tab heavy and bulky, but perhaps good enough for a short overnight. Assembly is quite easy once you follow the instructions and use a bit of brain power. Slip on the top loops first and one of the bottom loops, Flip the chair on to its side with the attached part on the bottom and use the ground as leverage to flex the top pole and slip the 2nd bottom piece on.

We have happily owned and used: for sporting events, parks, basically even for quick additional seating for teen video gaming in our livingroom. HOWEVER- though the pockets for poles were stiff initially when we first got this chair and put it together- We left it put together and used it in our house for probably 30- or so times of sitting in over a few weeks. Ta- Da- the fabric, where the poles insert, stretched some and the chair is now `` normal easy '' to put together and take apart. The fabric has held up nicely after repeated use. The chair is comfy; some choose to use with the neck roll, while others remove( for gaming, our TV is up above the fireplace, so that's when the neck roll was removed). Very lightweight, handy little storage bag- we hook the handle of the storage bag through one of the poles that go into pockets which helps us keep track if it. Even for a teen- this and a hammock is what they are camping with.

[ Bought this chair recently and I have to say, it fits my booty really really well. Light weight and stows away in the stuff sack well. It does take a little effort to put together because its a snug fit on the slots that the poles go into, but the slots seem well constructed and I expect this to last a long time.

This is by far the best folding chair(s) we have purchased. Thoughtful features include: padded carrying strap; the bag's stay open, roll down opening replaces the standard tangled drawstring making removing and storing the chair hassle free; seat and back are nicely padded; wider seat adds to stability of the chair; wide arm rests with two cup holders; and an additional strap to be able to carry the chair with or without the bag. We use the chairs for sporting events but being able to carry easily and sit comfortably on uneven ground is a plus for camping as well. Would definitely recommend to friends. [ I thought that this would be more like one of the bulky beach chairs but I was pleasantly surprised to find it is actually like the camp chairs that fold up and fit in the bag. This makes it so much easier to carry to and from the beach. It is very low to the ground so it is good for keeping your toes and feet in the sand. It is sturdy and light. You do not have the option of reclining back but you are not sitting up to straight or back too far. It has padded arms and a headrest. It is very comfortable and easy to use.

This chair is very comfortable too, it has a nice firm but also supportive fabric. [ My husband and I just took these chairs on a five day canoe trip. They easily strapped under the stern seat for long portages and were balanced easily with a stuff sack under the bow seat. They set up in about a minute once you get used to the process and are so comfortable. If it was colder I would line the ventilated seats and backs with a blanket. They are tippy until you get used to them but it ’s not a big deal since you ’ re so close to the ground; also, all lightweight camp chairs are tippy. Too big to bring backpacking( don ’ t pack down small enough for a backpack) but definitely the right chair for a canoe trip!
