It actually feels cooler than the REI Sahara hoodie by 2- 3C, even though they 're both the same weight. I think this shirt has better thermal conductivity. It also absorbs sweat faster which helps increase evaporation. You can check by dunking both shirts into a tub of water. I felt much more comfortable with this in 30- 40C temperatures with high humidity. I can feel the difference under a helmet. It's more stretchy, and greater horizontally compared to vertically so you have to be careful not to stretch it too far in order to keep it's UPF protection so I wear a loose fitting size. The fabric is n't as durable as the REI Sahara, as it has more pilling after a few months of wearing 2- 3 days a week. The wrists seem to be more stained. It has more facial coverage along the neck and side cheeks near the ear because it has a smaller opening for the face. It's a round opening so it sits fairly symmetrical compared to the REI Sahara which has an overlapping stitch at the neck that causes the hood to twist to one side. It does n't have a drawstring but since the opening is smaller, the wind does n't really blow it off, unlike the REI Sahara which needs it's drawstring to be cinched to resist the wind. The only benefit of the REI Sahara is possibly greater sun protection from the side rear angle due to how the hood drapes, but less protection from the side front angle; cheaper price; higher durability.

I wear the echo line of active wear when I 'm working out of fishing. The level of cool I get from wearing the ActiveIce appearal is unlike anything I 've tried before. It keeps me cool and I 'm not sweating as much as I do with the echo fabric. It does come with the trade off of being a bit heavier than the echo and not as breathable feeling since it's a thicker fabric. I will choose to wear the echo fabric when it's a cooler day doing a lot of activity and the ActiveIce fabric when it's really sunny and warm.

I 've tried quite a few MTB jerseys over the years, and this one is by far the best. It's lightweight and breathable, seemingly durable( have n't crashed yet, so I ca n't say for sure), and the UPF sun protection makes a black jersey feel cool even in direct sunlight. The sleeves are sufficiently long( I 'm 6' 2 '' and wear a size small, so this is often an issue), and I like that the cuffs are n't fitted. Having the integrated lens cloth in the front of the jersey makes it easier to use, but could stand to be a little larger.

The Freewheel Short Sleeve Jersey is more like a daily driver shirt over a traditional jersey. You can wear it daily for day to day tasks then hit the trail after work. The material is similar to other Outdoor Research shirts in the 2024 clothing catalog. I took the shirt for weekly rides on local trail heads in MD in spring and on the Santos Trails in FL on a work trip. The stretch is nice when you catch a sticker bush and length is nice if you have a long torso. The only con in my opinion is that a bring color would be nice for hunting seasons. The Igloo ICF 32 its a fair- sized option for a smaller vehicle. I 've had it for about a month and one trip. It has so far held well and worked in both the vehicle as well as indoor. The compressor noise is quite low but is there. The one option that would be useful is a wheel that would allow one person to move the cooler easily. So far no major drawbacks but then I 've just owned it for a month and hopefully this lasts long given it's not so cheap price tag.

I got the ICF60 recently and finally got a chance to use it. I set the cooler to 0F, put about 15 pounds of frozen venison in the cooler, put the cooler inside the car and headed out. Over the course of the 6 hour drive, I never heard a sound from it and I was about 2 feet from it the entire time. About an hour from my destination, I had to unplug the cooler from the cigarette lighter. When I get to my destination, the meat was still frozen and hard as a rock! I will be using the cooler on all my hunting trips in the future!

Example is the back of a Honda Odyssey…yes, I ’ m a dad with kids and dogs and one day I ’ ll have a rad car again, but until then I ’ ll settle on having a rad Yeti. But reality is, this fits perfectly behind the third row in the trunk space. Adds a nice spot for the kid to sit when the trunk is open as well. I have not been able to put the cooler to the test in the water, but it seems really sturdy and large enough to not tip over. It has a large storage area that can easily accommodate 4 6- packs of beverages. The beverage holders are nice and deep to keep individual drinks upright. Needing lots of hydration while golfing in FL and KY; got this cooler and it hasn’t let me down yet. 6 rounds of golf and my drinks( water bottles- some with iced tea) have been kept cold over the typical 3. 5 to 4 hr rounds. The insulation on this cooler bag is first class! I usually put a plastic ice block in the cooler and it works great. Sometimes I’ve just placed cold drink bottles from the fridge and they are still cold a couple of hours into the round. Another great product from BagBoy. Thanks.
