There are various options for attaching the front to your vehicle. Two stakes allow for attaching the rear. We set it up with our Rav4 hatch open and have no problems opening/closing the hatch with the shelter in place. There's lots of space underneath for cooking and hanging out. One could easily fit four camp chairs under this if needed. We 've only used it twice, but experienced torrential downpours on both occasions and remained perfectly dry sitting underneath it and chilling out. One of the best shelter investments I 've made in the last 45 years.

This is my third one- push tent. I issue it regularly for my preschool. I take it out in the morning when we have snack, and put it back right when we ’ re done. The one I currently have has lasted me 2 years! The one- push is not meant to be out in wind or rain. It is not a heavy duty frame. I learned the hard way when one day I forgot to put it away. The marketplace is sturdier and can be left up longer, but needs two people to set up. I love the one- push for camping and heading to the beach. After weeks of procrastinating, I finally ordered this canopy sight unseen. Why sellers do n't add the fact that their canopy has Velcro inside to hold it in place is beyond me. That's the feature I was looking for. This canopy is a step above others and I love it. Well worth the extra few dollars.

We used it for our first time at a ball game. It was indeed easy to raise and lower. It was a slight wind so we used the stakes. I could see high wind being a problem for anything of this design. The wheeled bag was awesome for lugging to and from the field. Very pleased.

I have had many canopy's in the past and everyone of them has lasted a year or two until breaking. This costs a little more but is very much worth the price. The cover is thick grade canvas that will not tear. The legs are strong and long enough so I do n't hit my head every time I walk under the tent( I 'm 6' 2 ''). the bag and wheels may be the best feature of all. The wheels are wide enough so the bag with the tent wo n't tip over while pulling it and it is made of the same strong canvas as the top of the canopy.

So this time, we decided to invest for the long term and get a steel- framed model. Although this canopy has n't yet had a major wind test, it seems certain to hold up MUCH better. This canopy is the best one I 've owned. It is a very sturdy with heavy gauge hardware including double sown seams on the canvas. I used it twice at windy football games and never hinted of sailing off. The E- Z Up 10'x10' is defiantly a two person setup and take down. Surprisingly, it is easy to remove/insert from the wheeled carrying envelope. It's 57lbs heavy.

I purchased this Shelter Logic product because it is a trusted name in th industry. I drive past the factory in Watertown Ct quite often. The pop up was pretty esay to open for one person. I just methodically followed the directions and slowly made it rise and open up. Good construction and pretty good looking as well. I was hoping it was made in Watertown, but not so much
