We just used our new tent last weekend. It was easy to put up and take down, had plenty of room for a queen air bed and 2 adults with all our gear. It rained both nights and the second night was a storm like I had never seen before. It rained really hard for several hours, totally filling a 4 inch pot that was sitting outside. We were dry in our tent with only a very small amount of water coming in and most of it was near the door. We were very pleased with how the tent performed and would buy again. A larger storm flap, especially over the door would be a nice addition. So for all the reviews of people complaining about the tent leaking, please be realistic, if it is raining while you are camping, water is going to get into your tent, if it leaks like a sieve that ’s a different issue, maybe you have the tent set up in a bad area, if you have maybe a 1/4 cup of water in your tent after a rain storm that dropped 4 inches of water in about 3 hours, you have a good tent. This tarp is big, well made. It was a bit windy setting up in the mountains. I suggest staking the Footprint down untill you get the tent up. It is larger then the 11 person tent so you have to fold in the sides to stake the tent down. You can use the extra length at the front of the tent for taking your shoes off prior to entering the tent, or for a doormat placement.
