I was n't sure from the product information if my phone would fit, but my Galaxy A54 with a case on it fits just fine( barely, but it does fit). So, it's perfect for what I was looking for. Not too big or bulky. It does n't get in the way or flop around. It has a flap in it so you can also carry something else and not have it right up against the phone. It's pretty thin so you would n't want to try to put anything big in it, but a running gel or two should fit, and I could see using this for a longer race if you need to carry those.

This is my second belt. The first one still works great, but needed the 2nd to keep in the camper. I use the belts to carry a pistol when I trail run. The pistol is not particularly light, and this belt works great. The neoprene works great to keep the firearm workings away from my sweaty body. The belt rides at about 1: 00 on my stomach and I can pull it particularly tight to keep the weight from bouncing, without damage to the belt.

OK, first of all I have always ran with a arm band. The issue I have with them is after running for long periods they start to squeeze your arm. I find myself switching arms mid run.
