I was looking for an inexpensive and less rough alternative to my Golf Pride Z- Grips, which I love. One of the reasons I have stayed with them for so long is because they are durable. However, they can tear your hands up after a while. Your glove seems to wear out sooner too. I have also tried Lamkin cord grips, but, for whatever reason, I seem to wear them out faster. Tour Velvet cords were an option as well, but since these were a couple of dollars cheaper( and they were out of stock), figured why not give them a try. Truth be told though, these are n't as grippy as the Z- Grips or Crossline Cords, because they are less rough. But I wanted a balance of comfort and performance and these seem to do the job at a cheaper price point. While some may prefer the standard black, I chose white( with black cord) just to make my set a little different.

The Dritac 2. 0 improves upon the former 1. 0 by being hardier. You can put a club with one of these grips in a bucket of water, take them out, wipe once with a towel, and no slippage. Cart path only you ’ ll walk to your ball with 2 clubs and one will get damp laying in the grass. No problem. These are the only grips I use.

I switched to wind grips about 10 years ago, and it was the best thing I ever did. I went from using the oversize, to now the midsize grip. The lightly tapered shape and squish in these grips let me play without fingerpain afterwards. I started out with just a couple irons and noticed I had no pain after a range session. I ’ ve used the jumbomax grips for a few years now and they are perfect for me. Larger size yet lightweight and does not affect the swing speed. We tested it with me swinging the same club in a standard grip and also a jumbomax grip and the speed didn ’ t change. As long as they produce these I ’ ll stick to using them.

The material on the SS Traxion is very nice to hold( so you can grip lightly) and is very durable. Even though this is a larger grip than what came stock on my putter the weight of the Traxion grip is not too light or too heavy and so my putter head retains the feel that I expect.

The Bionic Stable rip 2. 0 is the first golf glove I 've ever bought and after hitting 5, 000 balls in the last month, I ca n't help but sing it's praises. I bought this after having minor surgery on my hand and was looking for help to aleviate some of the discomfort when swinging the club. It did help and also helped me hold on the club without excessive strength in my hand. I also shared this glove with my granddaughter who is a fast pitch softballl catcher. She liked how it reduced the impact of the softball on her glove hand in cold weather. It may have another use like that or even used as a batting glove especially in cold climate.
