This is a classic, slightly larger, Ping PP58 `` Pingman '' grip that everyone knows. I stumbled upon a used Ping Anser putter, and snatched it up before someone else did. I have a Rossie and other small mallet putter( not a 2- ball or a huge, full- sized mallet), and it they can be wedged in there( pun intended) with a slight but noticeable bulge that* may* go away when it breaks in. I found an 80's era Ping B60 on eBay recently. It has the original, slim, OEM Ping putter grip, amazingly still intact! Problem- with my `` meat hook '' hands, I could n't hold onto it, if you know what I mean... Golf Galaxy has the midsize PP58 Ping grips( plain and full cord), and they are amazing! Very comfortable, very durable, and you do n't get that feeling like the putter was meant for a 10yr old boy, LOL... The techs knew of the Ping B60, etc... and quickly and easily, swapped the grips for me while I waited. This new PP58 with full cord is fantastic! I can grip it easily, and it provides a lot more `` feel '' to the putting stroke, much like my prized Odyssey White Hot does. In a nutshell: If you have a Ping putter( or like me, collect older Ping putters...) the new PP58 grips are the best you can buy! You wo n't be disappointed, believe me!
